I recently installed w10 it brought unexpected Problems like 100% disk usage starting windows assistant automatically and consuming all the Bandwidth.After banging my head all over i found few solutions which are actually working. So guys if you are reading this it’s quite obvious you re not having good time So i am hoping to help you.Possible reasons for 100 Disk usage or constant lagging are either your hard disk is damaged so test if your hard disk it’s failing then it needs to be replaced. If it is the case then i highly recommend you guys to backup your data and replace your SATA with new SSD(recommended) or SATA .There is no solution to damaged HDD except replacement.Now if you are not facing above then there are few programs running in your Background which is causing problems so you need to disbale them.Step 1: Disable Superfecth:Press windows button+r and type services.msc and hit enter.Now look for superfetch right click on superfetch select properties and from the dropdown select disable and apply.Now next program you want to disable is connected user experiences Telemetry service … So find it and disable and apply process is the same as you did with Superfetch.These are main 2 programs which are causing heavy disk usage .Now if you want to get rid of windows assistant which is consuming you bandwidth here are the things you need to do:Open task scheduler in w10Click on task scheduler library>microsoft>windows>now from the list click on UpdateOrchestratorDisable the highlighted services services.
