Why does my arm sting/go numb after shooting meth?

If you're getting a blood return and you're a 100% sure you're in the vein it could be some kind of cutting agent they're using to cut it with. I've had some burn for about the first 3″ to 4″ of the shot then just stop burning. I just assumed it was probably acetone though. The numbness doesn't make sense if you're actually in the vein though. I'm no medical expert either, but it does sound like nerve damage. I would just watch for any red lines that appear around the injection site, you could develop an abscess or even worse a blood infection. I've been able to treat abscesses at home, however, blood infections are nothing to take lightly they can be fatal very quickly. The red line is an indicator that infection is setting up and if travels to the heart it can be deadly. I have some pictures of ones I caught in early stages and treated them myself. It's not a pleasant experience. I would try a different place until the current one heals up. That's the beginning to end phase of a typical abcess that was caused by “Black Tar Herion” which is more common with H. Ice tends to crystalize then slowly dissolve. I had a place where I missed with a shot of ice that if I pressed on it I could hear a rapid heartbeat inside my head. A warm towel laid across the injection site will sometimes make it heal quicker.

Why does weed cause your heart to beat fast? I get really scared. Can something be happening to me? Can I die after smoking weed?

No. You can't die from cannabis. No body ever dies from cannabis even those with heart dieseas. Marijuana is the safest drug. Not even one record of marijuana overdose. Cannabis will increase your heartbeats, it's a normal thing that you will experience. You felt you gonna die just because of anxiety that means that you was scared from cannabis before you took the four hits. When your body will used on cannbis, you wouldn't feel the increase in your heartbeat anymore. so to avoid anxiety,Understand that there's no record for marijuana overdose.Smoke a little amounts until your body got used to it.Get well hydrated but don't over the water or it will worse and increase the anxiety.Calm yourself before you got your joint/hit.Don't get scared easly or your brain will increase the adrenaline in your body which will cause some panic attacks.(the rapid heartbeats with the feel of die(just a fake feel)).Whenever you feel your heatbeats increase and you feel you gonna die, just change the topics in your mind as fast as possible. Also bring your headphones and play any track or song in your phone to enjoy the music, this will keep out the idea of die.

Why was my heart beating so fast when I smoked weed?

Hi I am a 20 year old male and i came across this thread because I just came out of the hospital after having smoked what I estimated to have been less than a gram of sputnik (a sativa dominant hybrid) that I was just trying for the first time to do some quality testing of what I had just acquired. What happened was approximately 15 mins after I had smoked it my heart started pounding like it was going to explode or punch a hole through my rib-cage, my body proceeded to become completely numb starting on the left side.I immediately called the ambulance and got to the hospital, they recorded my heart rate continuously fluctuating between 160–176bpm for 7 hours straight. It is important to note at no point did I ever feel high or buzzed, just chest pain and numbness, while remaining fully alert.I am going to send it to be tested in case it was laced but it is highly unlikely it was laced, considering I know where it came from. I have smoked weed before, socially with a few friends and I never got much more than calm, giggly and eventually a little hungry, this was one hell of an experience that I do not intend to repeat and I will tell you if anything affects your heart rate in any way that should make you feel panic, just stop it.It could have killed me, they had a cardiac arrest team on standby almost the entire time I was in the hospital. Luckily the effects wore off and i am back to normal, being almost textbook 70–80bpm and have sworn off weed consumption completely.
