Do I really need to wear sunscreen every day? I work in an office, and I'm inside until at least 6–7pm during the week.

I’m 60. (My profile pic is about 2 years old). As a very young teen, one year I spent ALL day at the pool - from the time they opened, until it closed - 6 days a week. I didn’t use any thing on my skin - not even baby oil. Starting in high school, I wore either make-up or moisturizer with sunscreen of at least 15 SPF on my face. I only wore sunscreen on the rest of me (legs, arms) if I were out swimming, skiing, or planning to be outside for several hours. I now wear moisturizer that contains SPF 30 (Aveeno, because my dermatologist gave me a coupon once, but I’m sure other brands would work).Nobody who looks at my face ever guesses my age - they normally underestimate by around 15–20 years. I have creases around my eyes, but no other wrinkles. However, my dermatologist immediately guessed my age. He said I had a “California neck”. It is more wrinkled than my face, and it’s because of the childhood sun damage, as well as never putting sunscreen on my neck (I do now, but it’s not going to correct what has already happened). I have permanent brown spots on my face. I had a prescription that helped them fade (very expensive), but they are still there. Just now, some foundation can cover them whereas before the treatment it could not. I would get frequent comments along the lines of ‘you’ve got some dirt on your face”. I have also had two actinic keratosis spots removed, which left little scars on my checks. my grandparents were covered with larger scars - up to dime-sized - from having skin cancers removed. Of course, they didn’t wear sunscreen at all.My hands, however, are covered with what is often referred to as ‘age spots’. While not much wrinkled, they definitely look older than my face. This is mostly cosmetic (except the AK). I wear short sleeves a lot, and will sit in my yard for 20–30 minutes a day, in the sun, so that I will get sufficient vitamin D.Maybe your family isn’t prone to skin cancer, but a lifetime of sun exposure will definitely age you. You might not care when you’re in your 20s and want a tan, but you will care when you are my age.

Which Soap should i use for my uneven skin tone?

my mother said i inherited my father's beard shadow so my cheeks are lighter than the rest of my face and it looks like big circles on my face. I can't decide if Black soap would help or Cocoa butter soap.
Which one would help more?
