If you follow the same route every day, occasionally talk to someone over the phone (please make sure that you are minding the vehicles and walking safely) - This makes people who stand and stare at you every day notice that you are in communication with people and they know you are walking back home from somewhere.6. Bite an apple, sip water, eat a bar of chocolate etc. to relax yourself and enjoy your walk everyday7. Go online on your councils and your local police website, write a lengthy paragraph explaining why are you concerned about walking alone. You can choose to stay anonymous while reporting this and also ask them to not contact you if you are not comfortable talking to them.
