If they feel extreme resistance, do not have them push extremely hard. If you don't have a friend, do all of this in a mirror. 8. Not like from the cold or anything....they are always hard no matter what. If I have in just a tshirt you can see them like trying to stick thru and people try to pinch them or grab them and have made jokes. Is this weird?

Question on how to reduce "Man Boobs"?
I'm 18 years old, I'm 6'1, and i weigh around 180lb. My question relates to my chest area. My chest perks out a little more than I would like, and I was wondering if doing pushups will reduce and tone my chest, or if it will build muscle, and them stick out more? I don't have very big man boobs, but they are just enough to annoy me. Anyone have any suggestions? I was just wondering because one of my freinds told me that doing push ups will just make them larger. Thanks guys and gals
