Can you create a beautiful web design on Windows?

I have the privilege of working for a b2b company that does not support Mac's. There used to be a few people around that were granted the right to work on Mac, but those were all revoked to save on support costs. (Don't ask how that can be possible or how it makes any sense, just accept it as what we have to deal with - I'm guessing it has to do with outsourcing IT support)I can say that our design work is just as beautiful as it would be on a Mac. The OS we work on has no effect on the quality of our designs, in any way.We do find working on Windows to be tiresome, because we have chosen to work on Adobe offering, and they seem have more memory issues on Windows. Also the particular laptops that we have are unhappy on Windows7, which is the corporate mandatory OS, due to having two graphics processors and Win7 not switching between them correctly. Also having an unappealing object as our main trade tool is somewhat tiresome. Also the Mac environments tend to come with better quality monitors etc, which would help with ergonomics and accurately judging the pixel perfectness of your designs, but there is no way that we would get any better monitors or such at this company, so that is not really a benefit of working on Macs that would be relevant here...There are designers out there that refuse to work on Windows machines, and I can see the reasons why. Although it is also true that we have not had our design impeded as such any more on these new laptops. Adobe products don't really crash any more. Neither do I believe that the Mac world would be a better environment in a design pattern or design quality sense; i.e. I don't believe that my design skills are being corrupted by bad UX in the Windows world. So some of the doubts in the design industry have become somewhat outdated. But the facts still remain that Mac's are more beautiful as objects, usually, and come with a higher class of paraphernalia in general, and that they tend to be less painful to use. Also, Macs are less expensive than high-end Windows machines. You might indeed lose something of your designer image, if you work on Windows, or prefer to work on Windows. If you are meeting face-to-face with clients or possible employers, using a Mac is seen as the normal professional decision, whereas showing up with a clunky Lenovo is not as "designery". But other than that, when just comparing quality of work, there should be no difference what so ever.

What can the Mac do that Windows can’t?

There are several things that MAC lacks compared to windowsYou have no option to continuously refresh the system Like which is the first task 80% of widowers do (actually windows users no offence)You can instantly start working as soon as you see the wallpaper it lacks waiting time like windows. Response time in windows is like 5–8 minutes how good your hardware may be it has tonnes of BG process starting at the starting some to spy on you and some to test your patience.Unfortunately you save some bucks on antivirus software. Because Mac OS has UNIX like kernel it's almost impossible to get into it for things like viruses.Normal iPhone users (especially from India) might feel hard to use Mac but what they lack is passion towards adapting a new things make them feel difficult, Mac OS has atleast 20x fast forward features than windows it doesn't mean hard it means simplicity you haven't imagined yet.Alas! MAC can say you the exact time it's is gonna complete a task like copying a huge file to installation of a software in the progress bar and comparing this to windows it atleast does not show correct clock even when it is connected to internet for various reasons.Mac can make you feel your life at ease.Mac is good for software developers but unfortunately they haven't used it(atmost in india), since their childhood due to its priced menu of computers and their passionate gaming on Pentium 4 computers and adapted for cracked version of windows.Mac can do cybersecurity things like penetration testing similar to Linux most of the tools available for Linux can be installed onto Mac with some effort. If something unique stokes I will edit this point.

How do I fix an HP EliteBook touchpad that isn't working?

Harking back to my days in tech support for HP, I'd usually have to ask for a definition of "not working" before troubleshooting. Given the lack of interactivity here, I'll make some assumptions based on the fact that I'm also an EliteBook user whose touchpad occasionally takes a holiday. In the Task Bar, your icons on the right side should include one for the Synaptics Pointing Device. Of course, if your touchpad and touchpoint devices aren't working, you can't get to that icon, so find an external mouse. Once the USB driver has installed, go to the icon, right-click and select Pointing Device Properties. Once the window opens, select the last tab for Device Settings, and then click Reset Devices. Viola! The touchpad returns to life.If that doesn't work, then it's more likely a hardware issue. The keyboard assembly is a self-repair part, and there are good videos on YouTube stepping you through the process. Watch one, and if it's within your capabilities, order the part and DIY; otherwise send it to HP for repair (but be prepared to be without the notebook for a week). Good luck!
