Miami Fl Would An A/c Company Finance Me A New A/c System

Which US state should I incorporate my business? Why?

I agree with Jorge - this is a question best answered in consultation with a legal professional. An attorney will provide you with expert advice about the pros and cons for incorporating in the states you’re considering. Generally speaking though, incorporating where you live and run your small business makes sense because it’s logistically easier, especially if your business is in its infancy. However, there may be real tangible benefits to incorporating in another state.Delaware, for example, is very friendly to corporations and a well-known tax haven. In fact, all you really need to incorporate in Delaware is a business name, registered agent, and $89, plus there’s no need to identify owners or officers. Delaware also does not tax income earned from intangible assets such as trademarks (which might be important for an online t-shirt business); so many businesses park such assets in their Delaware corporations to reduce their tax obligations. In addition, Delaware has a Chancery Court which is exclusively dedicated to resolving business disputes. Check out my other thoughts on incorporating in Delaware here & here.More recently, Nevada has become an attractive state in which to incorporate, especially because it is uses Delaware’s laws as its own model for developing its management-friendly corporate laws. (more on the advantages of incorporating in Nevada here.) Wyoming is considered to be a corporate friendly state as well, in particular because it does not levy corporate or personal income taxes. As an aside, if you engage a lot of freelancers and independent contractors to help you operate your business, you are also going to want to have an attorney draft your contracts for engaging those types of workers. Using forms from the Internet is not a good idea because they are not specifically tailored to your business and may cause problems down the road. An attorney will also be able to help you secure any licenses or intellectual property (IP) rights for the the t-shirts and other products you sell.LawTrades has a pre-vetted attorneys who have vast experience in helping people incorporate their small businesses and startups. Hurricane Catarina?

it's called Cyclone Catarina. Cyclone Catarina was an extremely rare South Atlantic tropical cyclone. Catarina hit southeastern Brazil in late March of 2004, and though not the first southern Atlantic tropical cyclone, it was the first positively identified hurricane-strength system in the basin.

Formation: Catarina developed off a cold-core stationary upper-level trough became established offshore southern Brazil on March 12, 2004.

Whether Catarina was a result of global warming is still debatable. There have been claims of global warming, but none has been solidly proved, as yet. Typically, tropical cyclones do not form in the South Atlantic Ocean, due to strong upper level shear, cool water temperatures, and the lack of a convergence zone of convection. Occasionally though, as seen in 1991 and early 2004, conditions can become slightly more favorable.

Formation of another storm in the same region with similar intensity is extremely rare, because at the time, it was the 'strongest ever'. However, there have been other similar but less intense South Atlantic storms like the Angola tropical cyclone of 1991 and another cyclone in the same area in Brazil in mid/late January of 2004.

24 year old thinking about moving to Puerto Rico San Juan Area for a year or so advice please!?

Hi, I am 24 years old and graduated from a film college about 2 years ago. I recently was layed off and just cant seem to find myself. I am under a lot of pressure and just want to take a break and try something new for a while. I have spoken to a lot of people about moving to Puerto Rico for a year or so and have gotten such drastic difference in responses.

I am thinking about moving to the San Juan area (condodo, any suburb, etc) I currently live in Miami, Florida. From what I've been mostly told the cost of living can generally be cheaper then up here. Minus living in main S.J. areas. I plan on moving with about 5k in cash, no car, and do no speak much spanish. But, I plan on working diligently on learning fluent Spanish while there.

I guess my main questions are; I have a very good resume and am talented and have many capabilities. So whether I can somehow figure out a way to get a "real" job or just working at a resort, marina, american restaurant. With the money I am bringing I am figuring that I will have a little buffer to explore for a little and find a good area to settle in. I am extremely independent and motivated. Not lazy by any means.

Where are good areas to look around?
Any advice on jobs or places where I will have a better shot at getting a job?
For a 1 bdrm or studio apartment in a relatively nice area (nothing to shabby, nothing too much) what am I looking to pay?
Would it be a lot more beneficial to convince a friend to come?
How much is an average hostel in S.J?

Any advice what so ever would help!

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this

Alec
