Tupac vs Michael Jackson vs Bob Marley vs Jimi Hendrix?

All very different artist, but all very skilled and legends in their crafts. Who is your favorite, and how would you rank them in order Ex. 1) Michael 2) Tupac 3) Bob 4) Jimi Hendrix (not what I actually think just an example).

How did Jimi Hendrix Die?

Red wine. His stomach and lungs were overflowing with red wine. His body rejected it. He threw up, choked to death. That's the long and short of it.

Dr. Bannister (one who examined the body) says that after the esophagus had been cleared, "masses" of red wine were "coming out of his nose and out of his mouth." The wine gushing up in great volume from Hendrix's lungs "is very vivid because you don't often see people who have drowned in their own red wine.

Jimi Hendrix was restrained, wine forced down his throat until his thrashings ceased. All of this must have taken place quickly, before the alcohol had time to enter his bloodstream. The post mortem report states that the blood alcohol level was not excessive, about 20mg over the legal drinking limit. He died before his stomach absorbed much of the wine. Jimi Hendrix choked to death. That much of the general understanding of his demise is correct, and little else.

How did Jimi Hendrix die?

Hendrix died of an overdose of Herion, same as Janis Joplin and Jim Morrison of the doors. The problem occurred when a more pure form of herion hit the streets and was much stronger than the drug they had taken previously. Had either had an injection of narcan after the overdose, they all would be alive today.

Vomiting is frequency associated with herion, it is the body's initial reaction to the drug. However, it was the drug itself that was responsible.

Cass Elliot choked to death on a ham sandwich in bed.

Elvis died of drug overdose. He was on a number of drugs all perscribed by physicians. The mixture of drugs proved to be a lethal cocktail that lead to his death. The same thing happened to Anna Nicole Smith and her son. Drug combinations can be deadly.

I remember reading the papers at the time of each of these deaths and there was much discussion at the time.

Michael jackson vs jimi hendrix vs elvis whos the best?

Jimi Hendrix, hands down, no questions.

Jimi hendrix VS Bob Marley?

Hendrix out matches Marley 10 to 1 ! Can't really compare because they did different kinds of music. BTW, from what I've read, as a person, Jimi was a nice guy. No ego trip or anything...

Was Michael Jackson legitimately the most famous black man to ever live?

It isn’t always easy to decide these questions. There was a man from Ghana as the area was then called (he may or may not have been from what is now officially Ghana) who had so much gold and was so generous with it during his hajj that the price of gold declined significantly in places like Cairo and took several years to recover. This was in the 1400s or so, I believe. And Pele, the Brazilian soccer star, was way up there. As were other Americans like Michael Jackson: Willie Mays, Jimi Hendrix, Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Aretha Franklin, etc. Also Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King and Malcolm X.

Which is the correct way to spell Jimi Hendrix (musician)'s song: Voodoo "Child" or Voodoo "Chile"?

It sounds like "Chile" wins out over "Child." If you go by the way it was spelled on the  picture sleeve of the UK 45rpm single release of the song, it's spelled "Voodoo Chile."In addition, the original UK version of the Electric Ladyland album lists the song as "Voodoo Chile" and its reprise as "Voodoo Chile (Slight Return)."The source of the confusion appears to be the track list of the US release of Electric Ladyland, which lists the song as "Voodoo Chile" but lists the reprise as "Voodoo Child (Slight Return)."

How did jimi hendrix die?

What would Modern Music be like if Brian Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Kurt Cobain and Amy Winehouse had not all died at 27?

Hendrix is the only one of that group who changed things. All the rest of them were doing things that had already been done, although Janis was doing it better than most, and Winehouse was doing it superbly. But none of them changed things the way Hendrix did. With Hendrix, as with Elvis Presley and Bob Dylan, you could clearly see a before and after in the music business.Brian Jones never lived long enough to become great on any of the instruments he played, and by the time of his death, his drug abuse was killing his creativity. Joplin was an astoundingly good performer, almost a force of nature. But as a singer, she was not as accomplished as the women she emulated. She was the right woman and the white woman who was in the right place at the right time. Cobain and Morrison were both about charisma. They were cults of personality, not musicians who advanced pop music, although Cobain made plaid shirts a thing.Winehouse was another drug tragedy. A much better singer than Joplin, but couldn’t focus or keep her life together.Hendrix did things with electric guitars and high gain amps that had never been done before. And after him, every guitarist who could, stole from him. And his mastery of high gain guitar made Eddie Van Halen, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and a bunch of LA hair bands possible.
