Might Be Nothing But My Heart And Chest Feels Like Exploding

Why do I feel like crying but I can't? My chest feels so empty and I get chills all over. Feels like I just want to burst out crying from everything I held from my childhood.

Peel and cut onions! The physical effects of making your eyes tear from the onion fumes can help trigger the opening of emotional floodgates. This may help bring things to the surface that are trying to get out, but you just have too much of an emotional defense blocking them off. There will be a lot more information on this and many other that can be helpful to facilitate a more happy life in the books described below. The two books that I mention to you are strongly recommended for learning the basics of answering the type of question you are asking. They do so in a very entertaining and productive way. They are in plain, simple, Westerner language. They are written in a very understandable manner that eliminates confusion from what can otherwise be complex Buddhist philosophy. The titles are Fearless Puppy on American Road and Reincarnation Through Common Sense. These both give down to earth treatments and a clear view in simple terms of some brilliant, ancient truths. Those truths are framed within very entertaining true stories that are sometimes so bizarre they read more like fantasy novels! In our modern lives, we more often see these truths fossilized within ancient symbolism and rusted metaphor that can be very difficult for us 21st-century regular folks to understand. Not to worry, my friend! Help is here! Check out the TV and radio interviews in the About Author section too! They will be helpful to you. What does a heart attack feel like?

I had a major heart attack in 2014, and here is my story:I woke up not feeling well - I couldn’t explain it… I just didn’t feel well.Around 9am, my mother and father stopped by; they had gone to the stations of the cross at the church right down the road. I began feeling a pain in my right arm, but I tried to ignore it. My mother looked at me and said that I didn’t look well, but I told her I was fine, so her and my father left. So, it was just me and my 23 year old son. He saw me rubbing my arm and asked me what was wrong. I told him I wasn’t sure - that it was like a pressure pain that was moving up my arm. He said it sounded like a heart attack, and I laughed because I thought that I was too young for a heart attack. In 2014 I was going to be 43, I believe.Anyhow, I told him that I was going to take a hot shower and put the water on my arm but that I was going to leave the door open in case I needed him to call someone. I got in the shower. At that point, the pain was in my upper arm and neck. I stood under the hot water and aimed on my neck, but it did not help. I was uncomfortable, but I managed to get out and get dressed.I then told my son that maybe a nap would make me feel better, but after just two minutes of lying down, I was too uncomfortable to bear it. I thought that I would do a breathing treatment to make myself feel better. To this day, I still wonder why in the world I thought that a breathing treatment would be effective even though I was breathing just fine and the pain was in my arm and neck.Anyway, I took out my nebulizer and albuterol and started the machine. I took one deep breath and the pain shot up from about a 5 to past a 10. I cried for my son to call 911.I made it to the local hospital, and they performed many tests and gave by nitro glycerin four times. They then stabilized me so that I could fly in the Flight for Life helicopter into the city for emergency surgery. In the city, I had a stent put in. That night, the nurse accidentally opened up my surgical site and blood splattered everywhere, making me lose so much blood that I needed two transfusions.I was told that I was lucky to be alive, and that I should have come in to the hospital when I first felt the pain in my arm and neck, and that that would have saved me a lot of trouble. I also suffered a mild brain injury because I didn’t have enough oxygen going to my head.

Betta Chest Exploded.?

My housemate's betta died recently & we're trying to figure out some forensic pathology here....

He was laying on the bottom of the tank & his chest (above the stomach, not the stomach area) was swelled & visibly red with blood. It looked almost like his heart exploded.

He had a bunch of floating plants & still water so his environment was good for him.

My housemate says its because he took a big gulp of freeze-dried brine-shrimp.

That & he's acusing my angel loach of killing it (as it was a recent addition to the tank).

I say its heart just exploded or it was bullied by the guppies its in with. I have seen male guppies nip at him several times.

I have had the angel loach for almost 2 years now, and it has never harmed anything before.

Do you have any ideas about what a swollen, blood gorged chest indicates in a fish?

My beating too fast..feels like its about to explode...plz help?

It might just be the stress or the caffeine, but it also could be a cardiac dysrhythmia (that can be made worse with stress and caffeine). Try to stay away from the coffee for a while, and if that doesn't help, go see a doctor. If it gets really bad, you might want to go to an emergency room.

If you know how to feel for your pulse (lightly press your fingers on the inside of your wrist below your thumb), try to count the number of beats you feel for about 30 seconds. Double that and you will have your heart rate. If it's above 120 beats per minute while you are at rest (not doing any serious exercise), then you need to call your doctor as soon as possible or think about going to the ER.

Why was my heart beating so fast when I smoked weed?

Hi I am a 20 year old male and i came across this thread because I just came out of the hospital after having smoked what I estimated to have been less than a gram of sputnik (a sativa dominant hybrid) that I was just trying for the first time to do some quality testing of what I had just acquired. What happened was approximately 15 mins after I had smoked it my heart started pounding like it was going to explode or punch a hole through my rib-cage, my body proceeded to become completely numb starting on the left side.I immediately called the ambulance and got to the hospital, they recorded my heart rate continuously fluctuating between 160–176bpm for 7 hours straight. It is important to note at no point did I ever feel high or buzzed, just chest pain and numbness, while remaining fully alert.I am going to send it to be tested in case it was laced but it is highly unlikely it was laced, considering I know where it came from. I have smoked weed before, socially with a few friends and I never got much more than calm, giggly and eventually a little hungry, this was one hell of an experience that I do not intend to repeat and I will tell you if anything affects your heart rate in any way that should make you feel panic, just stop it.It could have killed me, they had a cardiac arrest team on standby almost the entire time I was in the hospital. Luckily the effects wore off and i am back to normal, being almost textbook 70–80bpm and have sworn off weed consumption completely.

Is it normal to get chest pain when drinking alcohol?

I'm going to guess this is heartburn. I get bad heartburn sometimes. Alcohol can definitely aggrivate it. Especially if I've had soda and/or coffee on the same day, or if I didn't eat much that day.

Maybe you could try switching drinks and see if that helps? Like switch to beer instead of the sugary alcoholic drinks.

Having intrusive thoughts, chest pains.?

theres things i have forgotten about that popped in my head again. a bad experience. i remembered and it and started getting sick. keep thinking about my heart exploding. and when i think about it, it feels like its happening. weed also makes this worse. that is why i recently stopped smoking. weed triggers these for me. can't watch anything gorey or anything like that,. everything freaks me out. how do you overcome this?

I'm 15 years old and my heart hurts to the point it hurts to breathe?

I'm 15 and my chest hurts in a way where my heart hurts. It's been going on for over a year. It feels like heart will explode and I can't take deep breathes. Sometimes it's not that bad but other times it's really bad. I told my doctor a year ago but he wasn't concerned but it's got worse. The weird thing is it mainly happens when it's that time of the month. I don't know what's wrong!?

What is this strange back and chest pain??

The pain you felt in your stomach was due to the acid build up in your stomach that is used to digest your food. Because there was no food in your stomach, the acid starts working on your stomach lining!

The pain in your chest is most likely 'heartburn'. Take an antacid such as cheweez or an alkazalsa to neutralise the acid so it doesn't 'burn'.

Heartburn or pyrosis is a painful or burning sensation in the esophagus, just below the breastbone usually associated with regurgitation of gastric acid.[1] The pain often rises in the chest and may radiate to the neck, throat, or angle of the jaw. Heartburn is also identified as one of the causes of chronic cough, and may even mimic asthma. Despite its name, heartburn actually has nothing to do with the heart. It is so called because of a burning sensation of the breastbone where the heart is located although some heart problems do have a similar sensation to heartburn. Compounding the confusion is the fact that hydrochloric acid from the stomach comes back up the esophagus because of a problem with the cardiac sphincter, a valve which misleadingly contains the word "cardiac", referring to the cardia as part of the stomach and not, as might be thought, to the heart.
