Migraines Dixzy Spells And Headaches

I keep getting dizzy spells and headaches?

I'm 23, healthy (as far as I know) but for thepast few weeks I've been getting odd headaches and having dizzy spells every so often. This mornign when I woke up I felt REALLY BADLY like this and kept feeling I was going to be sick. I thought it was my eyes at first so I went for an exam but they're prefectly fine. What could it be?

Dizziness, fatigue, headaches?

A deficiency in iron, vitamin B12, and folic acid causes ALL of your symptoms (dizziness, fatigue, and headaches)!!! Seriously, google to see for yourself. You might want to take an iron supplement, a vitamin B-complex supplement (has all the B-vitamins), and eat some spirulina. Spirulina is a superfood (sold at health food stores) that has many of the B-vitamins in them. google for more info.
When you're at your doctor's appointment, you can ask him/her to take a blood test to check your nutrient levels if you're low in iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid.

I have headaches, nose bleeds and dizziness. Can some tell me what could be wrong?

You don't mention how long this has been going on.
You could have high blood pressure. You should see your doctor.

I found this that may help you too:
Q: I have been having really bad nose bleeds with dizziness and a headache with them. Should I seek medical help immediately or wait?

A: Some people are exquisitely sensitive to blood loss. It is not uncommon, for example, for someone to pass out the first time he/she donates blood.

On the other hand, if the blood loss is fast enough and large enough, the symptoms you describe would occur with anyone. The physiology behind this is quite simple. One of the main functions of blood is to transport oxygen (bound to an iron-containing protein called hemoglobin) to every tissue in the body. Well, almost every tissue– the dead stuff, nails and hair, doesn’t need oxygen!

Your most important organ is your brain. Your body would rather shut down blood flow to any other organ or extremity than allow your brain to die from lack of oxygen. That’s why patients in shock have cold, clammy extremities. You can live without an arm or leg, but not without your brain.

But it takes a bit of time for the body to accommodate this drop in blood volume. If the blood loss is rapid enough, the brain will be oxygen-starved until the appropriate blood flow is reestablished. Lightheadedness/dizziness and headache would not be uncommon symptoms in this situation.

So, what your symptoms suggest to me is that when you say "bad nose bleeds" you mean "BAD, BAD nose bleeds!" Gushers, to use the appropriate medical terminology. Does this require urgent medical attention? YOU BET!

As if life-threatening nose gushers weren’t bad enough, I can think of a number of other, much rarer problems in which nasal bleeding could coincide with odd neurological symptoms such as dizziness and headache. Certain brain tumors could present in this fashion. I am not trying to alarm you, but there is certainly a small chance of this. Nevertheless, the main reason to seek immediate medical attention is the fact that your nose bleeds are severe enough to cause neurological symptoms. While uncommon, it is possible to bleed to death from a bloody nose.

What causes headache and dizziness?

Dehydration often causes headache and dizziness, esp. following the flu. If your overall health is good, drink extra fluids. Also, seek medical clearance - there are some serious conditions that may be an underlying cause ie. pappiledema, for instance, although usually associated with some blurred vision.

Massage and exercise in front of morning sun is good thing, pl try.
Pl try simple acupressure given below for immediate relief.
If it fails you will have to go for Acupuncture.

There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache, Ear ache/ringing, Stomach ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes.
None of them can be treated with medicine.
Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.

But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.

If it is acute pl search a painful point (with round tipped pen/jimmy) 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

It may disappear naturally too.

I'm having chest pain. headache, slightly dizzy?

I doubt if it's your heart. Your heart is actually more in the center than on the left. If you are having other symptoms like pain radiating down your arm, your jaw hurts, the pain goes through to your back, then call the Dr. It could be GERDs and you may need more antacid. When in doubt, always call the doctor.

I have a headache and numbness in my fingers, could they be related?

The headache alone would not be anything to worry about, but because it is coupled with neurological symptoms in your extremities, this may be a symptom of a serious disorder. Diabetes can cause both of these symptoms, but unless you are overweight and otherwise unhealthy, or older, it is unlikely that you have developed it. Would this be type 1 diabetics, you would have been diagnosed during childhood.

It is entirely possible that you have pinched nerves as a result of spending so much time in bed with your headaches. This is honestly the most plausible cause of your problems, but you cannot ignore your symptoms. Numbness of the extremities is usually a sign of nerve impingement or damage. Since you are experiencing severe headaches, it is entirely possible that you are dealing with elevated cranial pressure which is causing damage and pressure to your radial nerves. If that is the case, the pain and numbness in your hand will worsen, and become uncomfortable.

You need to check on the following things.
1.) When you sit up or stand quickly, does your vision fail for a few seconds? Do you see black spots in your vision that seem to float in front of anything you are looking at? Do your eyes cross involuntarily, or are you having trouble focusing on things? Are you experiencing double vision or blurred vision?

2.) Are you experiencing nausea or vomiting? Light and sound sensitivity?

3.) When you stand up with your eyes closed, have someone observe you. First with your arms at your sides, then with both arms outstretched in front of you, palms facing upward. If you sway back and forth, or if one hand begins to drift without your notice, you MUST go to an emergency room immediately.

4.) When you walk in a straight line, do you stagger, or feel like you are going to fall? Are you unsteady on your feet, or do you have trouble walking even with assistance?

If you experience any of these symptoms, if this headache has continued for more than 5 days, or if the numbness is spreading, you need to see a physician immediately. These are symptoms indicative of serious neurological injury, and you will require the care of a physician or even hospitalization to take care of these problems. You should make an appointment with your family care doctor now, and if these symptoms continue, go to your emergency room.

Why do I feel dizzy or have a headache after a 2 hour nap?

The main reason for your dizziness after nap , would be Dehydration or posture issues.Try these 15 minute exercises which make a real difference: The Vertigo and Dizziness Program vsl cbI am a habitual napper, 20 minutes, daily for at least 50 years. I have some insight into this. The first thing is: 2 hours isnt a nap, its a sleep. We go into deep sleep approximately every 2 hours. So when youre getting up from a nap, youre forcing your body to wake when its in its deepest sleep. Feeling groggy/dizzy is only natural.I would cut your nap to 90 minutes. Or do as I do, 20 minutes max. I always wake up feeling reborn!

Why do some people easily get dizzy or headaches with strong smells?

My mother was always like this. She had motion sickness and couldn’t wear or be around anyone wearing it without getting a debilitating migraine. She developed Menieres disease which is an extreme form of vertigo. Any movement, bright light, sound and she would have an attack where she was so dizzy she couldn’t stand, vomiting, headaches. She suffered with this for a very long time well over a year maybe even two. It was from Floyd build up in her ear that through off her equilibrium.A diet high in sodium can cause this due to water retention and inflammation. Since my mother has switched to a low sodium diet she has not had an attack tho she does have some perminant hearing loss in one ear from the pressure.Ive done further research as I suffer from water retention, inflammation, joint pain and full body swelling. I began having dizzy spells getting off elevators where I was nearly falling over and couldn’t see. Here some interesting things I found out:Menieres disease has a genetic factor.Meniers can be a precursor for Lupus.Replacing your drinking water with mineral water or water with Sea salt (google the measurements on this first) will flush water retention and reduce inflammation. This in turn reduces the risk of Menieres and Lupus attack and damage.Just like the wrong kind of fat will damage the body while healthy fats are necessary for body and mind function, the right kind and amount of salt is necessary for health of mind and body and the wrong kind will cause damage.Sensory sensitivity is also a factor of ASD and there are some correlating information between ASD, menieres Lupus and Lymes disease.
