Minecraft Error: Player lost connection: disconnect.overflow?
Good Sir/Miss please check your internet connection carefully when you play if it is all fine then the problem could be coming from the server. Try to make the server again or ask the creator of the server to make it again if it is all fine then the problem isin't just happening to you it's happening to alot of other people too i think Notch the creator of minecraft could be having some difficulties please be patient and we will find out soon enought.
Why can't I connect to my Hamachi minecraft server?
Yes, I'm aware that Hamachi can sometimes be dangerous (found that while looking around for answers) but I've already tried creating a multiplayer server thing and I couldn't log into verizon. I'm sort of out of options, so Hamachi is what I'm going to go with. When I first created the server, I got onto it. I ended up leaving to try to help my friend connect but when she was connected, we couldn't get on. She is not in the same house as me, so LAN won't work. I tried asking her to disconnect, but when she did I still couldn't get on. I'm not sure what I have to do for the firewall, but I think it's allowing minecraft through. I'm not really good with computers and any help you could give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!
Will my stuff be safe in minecraft multiplayer when I disconnect?
I was playing minecraft multiplayer and I broke into somebody's watermelon farm. I took all of their watermelons and pumpkins and watermelon seeds, and traveled somewhere else to re-plant them so that I could have them all to myself. When I found a place to plant them so I planted them and I built a tower as my shelter. I put a bed in my tower to sleep in and guarded my crops from hostile creatures. Then I realized it was getting late in real life and I was gonna have to disconnect from the server and go to my real bed. So in the game, I put a protection spell on all of my crops and disconnected from the server? Will my things remain safe even when im offline?
Can this get you banned: you launch a Minecraft game with a hacked client (hacks completely available), yet you play the game in a legitimate way?
Well I assume you mean you’re playing online on a server, because in single player it wouldn’t matter. But, to use your example, if a youtuber is streaming or has a video on youtube or something and they’re spotted playing on a server (let’s call it server x), by an admin of that server. And they’re seen whilst also having these hacks installed, it probably depends on the server and the person who sees you. The admin of server x might not care at all, the admin of server y might say, “hey mate, you’re not in trouble or anything, I just want to let you know that if you do use those hacks on our server you’ll be banned.” And finally the admin of server z might outright ban the youtuber or streamer or whatever it is.:)
Why can't people play on my minecraft server without me on it?
I have made a minecraft server for me and my friends. I am trying to make the server 24/7 by leaving my laptop on overnight and all day. When my friends try to connect to my server while I am online it works fine, but when my friends try to connect to my server after about 5 minutes or later after I get off they cannot connect. I have changed the settings on my laptop so it doesnt sleep and when it is closed it does not lock. I have 2 routers that use the same ip but when the server is connected to 1 router I can connect to it fine, but if I try to connect to it with my other router it does not connect. Me and my friends are all using my external ip, I am not using localhost or my internal ip to connect. I think this may be a problem with the router. I have a Linksys router that is connected to my Ubee modem. The server is forwarded through my Linksys router.
Minecraft "java.net.socketexception: Connection reset" error on Mac?
I have had minecraft for about a day or two and played single player fine. my friend then invited me to a server and we played on there for a few hours. i came back the next day and now everytime i log onto the server it comes up with a server disconnect message saying java.net.socketexception: Connection reset. this happens even if i dont move or do anything. my friend said that he can get on the server just fine. im not sure if it matters but im running it on macos and he is running it on windows. the single player still works fine, its just that i cant play on multiplayer. i tried it on a different mac in our house and it gave me the same message. please help, thanks
Free MineCraft account?
minecraftforfree.com/play.php The site really gave me a good understanding of the game, but I didn't really enjoy it. So I don't play it.
Why can't I join on LAN with my brother in Minecraft?
If your brother has a world running and you can't join, try the following things.-Make sure you and your brother are on the same wireless network.(I'm not sure if this is the problem if you are playing on Mac, but it worked when I was playing my Kindle Fire)-Make sure he has “Open to LAN" turned on.-Make sure you and your brother are running the same version.(I'm not sure if this is actually required, but it might help)-Maybe try shutting down Minecraft then opening it again. If you have tried all of these methods and are still having problems, try contacting Minecraft's support
