Meat. Kill a Cow, Chicken, or Pig and it occasionally drops some meat. Pick it up and put it in the furnace. When it's done, equip it and hold down your finger for a second and you will hear a chomping noise. Wait until its over and release your finger. You can also do this with bread. Recipe is 3 Wheat.
