Am I able to afford a car with minimum wage?
I just finished high school (after grade 13) and I was wondering if I would be able to afford to buy a used car. It doesn't matter too much to me what kind of car it is, as long as it runs properly and it's not all rusty. Right now I have 730 saved up and I know its not enough yet, but it's a start. I make 11.25 an hour.

I', sick and tired of low end jobs. I foolish donated 2 years into a company that I work for only to get nowhere. I literally wasted 2 years thinking that I could work hard, move up and not need college. Boy, was I wrong! I am planning on enrolling in the next semester, at least to get my basics (Associates Degree) out of the way. How much would this help me find a better job ? I can't imagine being 30 and still making minimum wage. Talk about a loser. I like messing with computers and I think Computer repair is right for me. I feel sad that I wasted so much time, only to get screwd over by crooked managers.

Can a minor in nevada buy a car?
Maybe if you are paying cash and the seller doesn't know any better. You absolutely cannot finance it. And you may not be able to register it if you could buy it. I bought & registered a car for cash at age 16 but that was 30+ years ago. Im told you must be 18 to register them now. If both parents have bad credit, you simply wont get reasonable cost financing for many years. First you have to be 18, then you have to have good credit & a full time job. THINK about how your parents got in this situation and do your best to avoid it. Very simply, DO NOT BORROW.
Why don’t employers want to pay a living wage?

And if those five thousand were only making enough to barely pay their bills and not enough to actually save, that means populist politics, higher taxes for higher earners, and bigger government.As Henry Ford figured out, it actually pays in the long term to pay your employees not just the bare minimum of their bottom line value, but enough to help create a consumer class that has enough money to keep you in business even through economic downturns.Then you should also factor in, if no-one is getting paid enough to ensure a decent education within the home - and the government is run by business owners ruled by narrow self-interest - your voter base will get stupider by the generation.
