Miracle Restoring And Spell Counter Questions

Is there a religion called Pentacontolism??

Pentecost. No, there is not a religion of Pentecost. There is a group of Christians that call themselves this.
Acts: Ch.2:38 Day of Pentecost was for "Believers".

Acts ch. 11 & 26 refers to these "believers" as Christians.

Acts 11:26 and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people. The disciples were called Christians first at Antioch.

Acts 26:28
Then Agrippa said to Paul, “Do you think that in such a short time you can persuade me to be a Christian?”

1 Peter 4:16
However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name.

.The Holy Spirit’s Presence
Acts 2:1-4
During the time of Moses, God established a festival to celebrate the grain harvest. The first day of the feast became known as the Day of Pentecost (Leviticus 23:15-21). After Jesus ascended to heaven, God revealed a new spiritual meaning for Pentecost. On that day the promised Holy Spirit arrived, and the church of Jesus Christ was born!
While the disciples and others had been Jesus’ followers before this, there had been no “body of Christ” to which they could belong. On Pentecost all that changed. God’s Spirit baptized believers into the Lord Jesus, making them one with Him (1 Corinthians 12:13-14). Now they had a brand-new relationship with the Lord: from that point on, the Holy Spirit lived Christ’s life through them, and they abided in Jesus through His Spirit.
What a difference the Spirit’s indwelling presence made in their lives. No longer were they fearful men who ran away; nor were they people looking out for their own interests. Now they were transformed into a cohesive group who “were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. And all those who had believed were together and had all things in common” (Acts 2:42, 44).
Our own personal “day of Pentecost” occurs at salvation, when we are indwelt by the Holy Spirit and baptized into the worldwide body of Christ. The Spirit’s presence is permanently given to everyone who believes, for He is the guarantee of our salvation.

Miracle restoring and spell counter questions?

"how can u add spell counters without monsters/spell cards that can accumulate them"

Simple answer: you can't. Generally, cards that use up Spell Counters should be part of a deck that allows you to accumulate those counters (e.g. Magical Citadel of Endymion).

And yes, you can only draw one card per turn (during the Draw Phase) unless a card effect specifically states that you can draw more.

In Dungeons & Dragons, what should happen to a character who wishes for more wishes?

It really becomes simple. The “clever” player is really being a munchkin hoping for infinite power. In other words, He/She is a dick and trying to ruin/end the game. There is no story left to tell/play if the party can solve everything with endless wishes.Do not be fooled, they KNOW this, and yet some players still do this. The simple solution is to just say, “No, it doesn’t work that way. Try again.” Hopefully they take the hint and continue to play the game honestly.Tell them to come up with a reasonable request for the wish. If they still persist in trying to manipulate the game, then it is YOUR JOB as the DM to screw with his ridiculous request.Once, this happened to me with a really annoyingly greedy player. I granted the request, but what the player didn’t realize was that by requesting it, it took the wish granting power from the gods. Infinite wishes have to come from somewhere, so the collective gods had to give up there power to fulfill the players request. Most of the gods got together and sent avatars to kill the offending player. It is not hard for the avatar for the god of War and/or the god of Assassins to surprise and kill a player before he can utter a wish. Once dead, and no longer able to use his wish ability, the gods offer him a chance for redemption, renounce all ability to use wishes and return to continue their life. Once the player agrees, and he will bitch about it alot before doing so, the gods return him to the Material Plane, at the way he was before he got any wishes. This is the best because he also, by his vow to the gods, can’t use wishes going forward either. The last two parts of erasing all he wished for and never using them again, was the cautionary tale to others, about someone whose greed was even greater than the gods, and the consequences of such greed. All the other players thought it was a clever way to resolve the dilemma. You are welcome to use it, if it serves you.

What are the most complicated moves in Magic: The Gathering?

My vote goes to the Four Horsemen deck.A rule was added to the tournament rules specifically to make this type of deck illegal in tournament play, as it sets up an infinite game state loop and relies on luck to get all the right cards in all the right places in order to defeat your opponent. The first thing you need to do to is get Basalt Monolith and Mesmeric Orb onto the battlefield. Now you can tap Basalt Monolith to gain 3 mana, then spend it to untap it. You can do this as many times as you like, and each time you do it Mesmeric Orb puts one card from your library into your graveyard. Time to introduce the deck’s graveyard tech:Narcomoeba gets to enter the battlefield instead of the graveyard when you mill it. The deck needs to run at least three, but four is better.Once you have three Narcomoeba on the battlefield, you can sacrifice them to pay the Flashback cost of Dread Return.Dread Return should target Sharuum The Hegemon, which brings it from the graveyard to the battlefield.Sharuum’s ETB effect brings any artifact back from the graveyard to the battlefield, so get Blasting Station. Now you need to start milling again with the Basalt Monolith/Mesmeric Orb combo. Eventually, you’ll hit Emrakul.Emrakul’s only purpose is to shuffle your graveyard, which gets those Narcomoeba from before back into your library. Now you can mill yourself again to get them back into play the same way as before. This time, instead of sacrificing them for Dread Return, sacrifice them to Blasting Station to deal a little bit of damage to your opponent.Keep doing this over and over until your opponent dies. The beauty of this combo is that the game is over the moment you resolve Dread Return. Everything that you’re doing after that can be done in response to whatever your opponent tries to do to stop you.The reason that this deck prompted a rule change was because of the tedium inflicted upon your opponent while trying to set up the main combo. While milling through your library, you need to hit Sharuum, Blasting Station, Dread Return, and three Narcomoeba, all without seeing Emrakul. It’s going to take a lot of resets to get that perfect graveyard setup. The rules committee decided that they don’t want this kind of thing to happen in tournaments, so they made a new rule: if you set it up so that you’re in a loop, but you’re not sure how long you’ll have to go to get on with the game, then you aren’t allowed to keep trying over and over until things line up just right.

Yu-Gi-Oh Spellcaster Deck ideas?

I used to run a spellcaster deck. Good call : ).
Some of cards I would recommend are:

Chaos Sorcerer
Sorcerer of Dark Magic
Magical Dimension
Chaos Command Magician
Endymion, The Master Magician (And his field spell, Magical Citadel of Endymion)
Dark Magician (I'm sure you have him already)
Dark Magician Girl
Dark Eradicator Warlock
Cybernetic Magician
Sage's Stone
Magician's Valkyria
Magician's Circle.
Dark Paladin (So by default, Buster Blader and possibly Emblem of Dragon Destroyer)
Dark Flare Knight (Not totally necessary. He just looks cool).
Magic Formula
Miracle Restoring
Apprentice Magician (at least 3)
Mage Power
Defender, The Magical Knight
Magical Exemplar
Silent Magician LV 4
Silent Magician LV 8 (Possibly "Level Up" or "Level Modulation")

I'm not into Synchro Monsters, but if you are, I'd recommend Tempest Magician.

Sorry for the random order. I just said them as they came to me.

Hope that helps = )

What is the most scientifically accurate description of magic? What description of magic, either in a fictional work or as a theoretical piece, comes closest to being physically possible?

The answer to both of your questions is nature religion. This is magic based upon nature. This philosophy is based on the premise that nature is the supreme expression of god.Nature functions according to certain rules. These rules constitute what is called, “natural law.” In magic, a magician must first be aware of all of the rules of natural law. Then, if seeking to effect changes, the magician will add a bit more of one natural law and lesson another, in an attempt to restore balance. Its a bit like cooking a stew.Seeking to restore balance, peace and harmony is the only real objective in magic.Rgds
