Any other movies about reincarnation and true love?
I saw a movie sometime in my life, about a pair of lovers that had always been destined to be together. If they died, they were reincarnated, and weren't complete until they found the other. They were always reincarnated to look the same. If I remember correctly (this could be totally false) one died years before the other died and got reincarnated. When they met, the other was much older and nothing could come of it because of the age difference. Any movies similar to this would be welcome as well. If you've ever played "Xenogears", it's basically the same topic. I could've sworn I saw a movie about this.

Chinese Movie about Reincarnation Love?
I was watching this Chinese/Asian movie awhile back about reincarnation love. It's about a girl on her wedding reflecting back on her family's history. It has these two people that keep falling in love with each other in each different lifetime. I can't remember the name. But it is probably a 1990s or 2000s movie.
Chinese reincarnation and love movies?
I'm looking for the title of a chinese movie about reincarnation and love. The story goes: a couple is searching for a house and they found one out in the country side with a peculiar tree in the courtyard. The woman is drawn to the tree and she tells the husband to buy the house. In that house some years ago a pair of lover were kill by that tree. The movie than flash back 30-50 years prior and talks about two tribe who in the middle of slaughtering each other and a little boy and his sister escape. Later when the children are older the older brother purposely sent the sister to be "kidnapped" by the head of the winning tribe. Love at first sight when he laid eyes on her and he took her home, she never talks to him and he struggle to feed her. It is revealed that she was sent to figure out their weakness for her brother to attack to avenge the death of their tribe, but she ends up falling in love with him at the end. Please help me find the title , i've been searching high and low for this movie but i can't seem to find it. It is CHINESE between 2005-2011, i think. It's not that old of a movie.
What did you think of the reincarnation movie iOrigin?
I think it's a romanticized version of the real deal. The Wisdom of Kabbalah says that we reincarnate until we reach adhesion with the Creator. I suppose that it's the ultimate love story. The Creator created one creature, one soul that shattered into many pieces (us). We have to realize that we are in fact ONE. Our love is the Creator. We keep coming back till we 'wake up' from what we think is reality. A little like the Matrix, but more complicated and infinitely greater.

I'm looking for an asian reincarnation movie from a while back?
I remember watching it in Taiwan around 2005 on TV. The basic storyline that I remember is that there's this girl who had died once and was reincarnated. After that I only remember that there were these 2 guys (maybe?) who had some hand in killing her (one specifically was that she was strangled in a flashback and then we move to the present day where you see the present day incarnation of the guy strangled with a silk handkerchief in the same way. I also remember this guy as having a cloth headband tied around his head, kinda like sushi makers(?)) Throughout the movie there are like scenes of her past deaths and modern match ups of her killing them back I think. The end of the movie is this old priest guy(?) gave her an acorn necklace at some point and she was going to reach her final death(?) which was shot by an arrow but the arrow strikes the necklace instead. I'm not sure entirely that this was a taiwanese fim but im pretty sure it was in chinese (maybe dubbed) I watched it in 2005 but It was already on TV and it was on in the middle of the night so I don't know how old it is.
