You are asking the Million Dollar question. But from my personal opinion, Real Estate Market is slowing down it shows signs of decress in growth each year. However, decress in groth means that it does not go up as much as last year but it's still going up. Last year there was a 13% increase in home price in LA county, and 15% the year before, and 20% the year before that. So house price is still going up. Make sure you invest in good location. After all, real estate is all about location.
