kaay. my parents went away and left me in charge. my little sister asked if she could have a friend over and i asked if it was a boy or girl she said boy i asked her where they would be going And she said her room. i said yes he can come over but her bedroom door must stay open. so he came over and they went to her room. i kept checking to make sure she left the door open. then i started making dinner after i was done cooking i checked again and the door was shut. i tried to open it and she locked it. i have the spare key to the door (her lock is on the outisde) i opended it up slightly just to see what they were doing and she was ontop of him with her underwear and bra on making out with him i gasped just alittle and then shut the door. after about 30 minutes they came out and were going to eat dinner . okay this was yesterday. and its been bugging me since. what do i do? i havent talked to her or him about it yet. im 16. shes 14. he is 15.

I just found out that my 14 year old sister had sex she is now 15 but when she did it she was 14. This one kid that she tells everything too told my last night. I was so disgusted when I found this out, I thought she was smarter than that. They guy she did it with is a complete loser and noone in my family likes him just because he is so controlling towards her and is mean and you name it thats him. He is in 8th grade she is in 9th. I am pretty sure he was the one who pressured her because he has done it before. I guess the one kid told me that she didnt have her period for like 3 months and thinks the condom broke. She has her period now tho. Should I tell my parents or what should I do? If I do tell then she will get really mad at me and the kid who told me. Help. She did this 5 months ago..but who knows if she still is doing it. She was broke up with this guy for like 2 weeks now they hang out again and are trying to get back together or something just because they had sex.

At age 20, your sister should know better than to hit out. OK, so you cannot change other people, only yourself. At 14, you're mature enough to manage your own behaviour. Sometimes your sister will pick a fight, and it has nothing to do with your fault. These are 2 different things- so work out what you can change about what you're doing, and the way you react to her. Think back to previous fights- can you see a pattern of you doing something and her reacting? If so, could you do or say something different, that would change things. Like she gets annoyed about something, you just listen, stay calm, say " I don't want to fight with you", and back off when she wants to get physical. It takes two to have a fight.

So I am 13 and have a 14 year old sister I have a similar problem and from what I see the only reason she is almost always angry is because she finds me annoying. I haven't done much of anything and I know that because I mostly keep to myself whether at home or school. She's like this to everyone in the family and it's most likely caused by her own stress. For example, grades,friends,peers,parental pressure.Don't know if it's the same with your sister but what works for me when she's in these moods is let her approach you, like when she's relaxed. Maybe do something nice when she doesn't expects you to and then try talking to her or be more observant and understanding to her. This is just what I do with my sister and it seems to be working.Anyways hope this help and this is just something I'm curious about are you older or younger than her because that could also be the reason why she's always angry.
I caught my 14 year old sister smoking?
Here's the story: About 2 months ago I caught my sister smoking a cigarette. I told her to stop or I'd tell our parents. I told her I would get her whatever she needed to quit. I didn't know at the time that I was being too lenient. Another 2 weeks go by and I catch her AGAIN. For the second time I told her she HAD to stop. I made her throw them away. This time I got really upset. I cried and told her how much she betrayed me. I thought that actually might effect her. Well 2 days later, my PARENTS catch her. She was grounded from everything. No phone, no friends. Only school and home. They were both devistated that she started doing this. My mom cried. I thought this was a pretty good punishment. This went on for like a week and then my parents sort of regained her trust and let her do what she wanted again. Now, I came home today and I caught her for the fourth time. I dont even know what to do. She begged me not to tell my parents, she begged me to get her some sort of gum..anything. Im so infuriated right. I dont even know where to begin. In my heart I feel like I should tell my parents. They would probably KILL her. But another part of me is thinking keep her trust and get her some help. What should I do...?

You need to make your sister understand that you are in control while your mother is at work. Trust me I've been there. I have two working parents that can leave any time of the day. By the way I am 13. While my parents were gone I had to take care of my 4 year old sister too. While they were gone my little sis through fits, trashed the house, and scratched, bit, kicked, bit, and pulled hair. I slapped her butt and I felt bad to so I thought of some other solutions. 1. Find something else for her to do like coloring books and horsey. Maybe even work books that teach school subjects. 2. Make her understand that you are in charge well you mother is away and she has to abide by your rules. 3. Don't get mad or feel bad after slapping her butt. You did what you had to do. If I were in that situation right now I would do the same thing. 4. Reward her for being good eventually she will get the picture. 5. If she is bad the time out chair is a good equivalent to slapping her but. 6. She wants you to get mad and to see your reaction. If you get mad you are giving her what she wants. Don't get mad. Eventually she will realize that you won't care that she throws these fits and she will stop.
