Why does my stomach feel weird after sex?
I've noticed a similar feeling when my boyfriend hits my cervix during sex. Perhaps that's what's happening to you? Often once my cervix is hit i'll experience abdominal pain, but also after rough sex or certain positions i notice my stomach hurting even though it didn't hurt during. If that's the case with you, maybe try slower, gentler sex working into it from very slow and gentle and slowly building up so your body has time to re-adjust and stretch to accommodate for his penis. There's no way this is from pregnancy if you are experiencing it every time after sex and thats the only time. It's being caused by the sex itself.
Weird feeling in abdomen in very early pregnancy....?
I am about 5 weeks along and my abdomen feels very full (I guess bloated, though I rarely get bloating or cramps during PMS so I don't really know if this is what bloating feels like). Basically, I feel like I ate too many carrots (I know this sounds insane but I don't know another way to describe it). It seems too early to really be feeling physical changes like this though...but I really don't know. Have any of you had this feeling? I am also experiencing brownish discharge (when I wipe)...I understand this is 'probably' normal. I don't want to worry needlessly but I also don't want to ignore something thinking that it is probably okay. I am not in pain...it just feels weird. Thanks in advance for your thoughtful answers!

So for the past week maybe, I have been having this awkward feeling on the right side of my abdomen. Right under my bottom rib on the right side of my rib cage. It isn't painful, but it's uncomfortable. Its driving me absolutely crazy. I don't know how to describe it! It's like, I don't know. It just feels so weird. It kinda feels like there's air or something in there that shouldn't be. OR like there is some pressure or something right there. Or, I don't know, it's so weird though. I've never had any medical issues before. It may be nothing, but it's very uncomfortable. And I feel silly calling the doctor over what might be nothing. So does anyone have a similar feeling or know what it might be. I especially notice it when I'm sitting or laying down. It usually doesn't bug me when I'm standing or walking. It comes and goes. But right now it's been driving me crazy for the past hour. Sometimes I can find certain ways to sit or lay where it doesn't bug me. I haven't been to the doctor and I'm trying to keep it that way. I'm 16, female. No health issues. Sometimes I have a slight shortness of breath. But nothing serious. So, anyone know what it is? Anything I can do to help it. Please help! It is so uncomfortable.

A possibility to consider in a young man such as yourself is that of a small right inguinal hernia in the right groin area where the top of the leg joins the right lower abdomen (the inguinal canal). This can be a small, "sliding" in of a part of the intestine. At that same "inguinal canal" you'll also gently feel the beat of an artery which accompanies a large vein. Does your right testicular sac feel normal? Is the right testicle in the scrotal skin sac. It would set your mind at ease if you visited your doctor for an accurate diagnosis. BTW, your doc might teach you how to do a monthly exam of your testes, somewhat similar to how the ladies check their breasts for lumps. It's easy and perhaps pleasurable if you don't worry unnecessarily.

Pretty normal. You have to understand that your abdomen isn't empty... there's no big space reserved for something big put in your vagina. Your vagina is usually quite small but it stretches a lot to accomodate just about any size male organ. When this is inside, your innards get pushed aside to make way. If you hold something the same length against your belly to simulate how far in it was, you can see that it goes pretty high in your tummy. A lot of organs may be moved around a bit - your intestines, liver, kidneys, stomach... the works. That may be uncomfortable for a while after the first few times but your body will get used to the intrusions and you shouldn't have any pain after some experience... until you maybe have a bigger man, have some unusually athletic sex, or do a position with deeper penetration or at a different angle.
