I already did a page refresh and started over once. And now after reading your problem, I'm afraid to try a 3rd time! Have you tried their "contact customer care" page? We've been saying for a long time that we need to switch back to MetroPCS - this isn't the first time I've had problems with getting into my Boost account to make a payment. Of course the password and mobile number doesn't match.The best solution for you is to change your password. And if your logon id is very simple, then get it changed. Changing logon id is not necessary for account safety but Blocking of netbanking can be problem in case of urgent need.
