My Body Refuses To Lose More Weight Pics

13 year old lose weight? pic.?

You aren't fat. Do some crunches and sit-ups if you want abdominal definition.

How to lose weight and get the curvy body?

You could invest in a treadmill, or get a running buddy x

The healthy way to lose weight:

You can’t target fat loss to one area, you have to reduce your entire body fat content, and this is done by healthy eating and cardio.
-It’s NOT about NOT eating, it’s about eating smaller portions, more regularly.

-It’s about eating HEALTHY foods such as here (shapemytorso.tumblr.com/tagged/fav)

-It’s about running, getting some exercise- that’s the quickest way to burn calories. This is the absolute most guaranteed way to lose weight. Run 1hr/day (you can break it up into 15 minute sections) every day for a month and you’ll lose approximately FIVE POUNDS, with exercise alone. So combining that with eating healthily you’ll lose heaps!

-It’s about getting enough sleep (which will also result from eating better)… because that’s SO important to losing weight, stress can cause weight gain!
-It’s about drinking a lot of water (about 1-2 litres/day and you’ll see an improvement!)
I never believed you need to drink that much water either, I thought.. I’ll drink when I’m thirsty. But I decided to try drinking more anyway and I’ve noticed a major improvement in my health.

-strength training (crunches, push ups, etc etc) will NOT help you lose weight they will help you gain muscle and tone your body. You can do 100 crunches a day and lose almost no fat from your stomach, except if you do them fast and get your heart rate up; which is achieved much more readily by running- in a shorter amount of time.

How do I lose weight when my body just refuses me to?

Thank you for the A2A.I have 2 points of clarification that need to be made before continuing;Do you want to lose fat or just numbers on a scale? How do you find the intensity of your workouts? If you want a 6 pack, then loss of fat/water is more important than what the bathroom scale says. ‘Shredding’ is the loss of fat and water before a body competition to reveal the anatomy of muscles underneath. You may be very strong already, but everyone has a layer of fat over muscles (like your abs, tricepts, quads, hamstrings, glutes) which obscures them.I have wogged, jogged, and run. The difference is intensity in your workouts. Anyone can ‘jog’ 5 km in 2 hours but only world-class athletes do it in 15 minutes or less. The human body is an amazing adaptive machine. If you have been eating exactly the same thing for 2 months, your body needs less energy to digest it because it has optimised the system for eating muesli/yoghurt/fruit/roasted meat. The same is true for your running/push ups. You are not burning as many calories doing 5km + 100 push ups today as you did when you first started. Time to change the routine and up the intensity. Figure out your normal time for 5 km and then set a goal to drop X minutes from your time or include hills or sprints. 100 push-ups on an incline or with weights or handstand push-ups all challenge you in different ways. If your routine is comfortable, then it is likely time to challenge yourself. That is how growth happens.

Will I have loose skin on my face after weight loss?

I'm a 16 year old girl, been quite overweight all my life. I'm on my weight loss journey now. I want to lose about 140 pounds, slowly and at a healthy pace. I know I'll probably have loose skin on my body, but what about my face and neck? I've seen before and after weight loss pictures, and most of the younger people don't really have sagged skin on their face and neck, but will I? I apply lotion almost every night and drink only water btw. I attached a photo.

My Legs are desgustingly Huge for my body..how much weight should i lose?(pics included)?

Personally, I think your legs look great. I don't like twigs for girls. They need to have something on them. I figure most girls want a semi-hourglass shape meaning bust size and hips are about even with waist being a bit smaller.

In the pictures it looks as though you don't have too much body fat actually on you especially in your stomach area which is in fact one of the hardest areas to keep fat off of.

If you start trying to lose weight in your legs ONLY considering you asked only about your legs, you are going to start losing muscle as well as fat from your body which will in turn make some of the definition in your abs and other parts of your body go away. Also there is no such thing as spot training. This means that if you want to lose fat in your legs, you try and do squats only. It will help some but your body loses fat where ever it feels like, not just your legs because you worked them.

I also noticed in the regular pictures of you, it wasnt blurred to focus directly on your legs and showed more of your body. Whereas the mirror pictures were blurred around everything except your legs putting more of a focus on them. I think the regular pictures helped show your legs in comparison to your overall body and you look fine.

How does someone's face change when they lose weight?

With that said, I know 99.9% people, when they lose fat, they start to look better, younger. However there is a caveat to this:You need to lose fat (and not weight) and do in the healthiest manner possible. If you choose to employ a starvation diet and opt for chronic cardio to lose weight, you will not get the same glow and youthful appearance on your face.If you want to look younger and better especially when it comes to your face:You should cut down processed foods and eat mostly home made foodEnsure that you eat enough fruits and veggies daily. They have tons of nutrients which are great for your skin too.Sleep enoughReduce inflammation and chronic stressLosing weight is not the end goal here, being healthy is.In my before picture I was in my Mid-20s and the after picture was clicked yesterday and I am approaching Mid-30s.I agree except for haircut (which is creating a bigger impact between the two pictures), losing fat can dramatically alter your face appearance. It’s like they are two different people. Before Picture: Body Fat 18–20%After Picture: Body Fat 10–11%When you lose weight—the healthy way, you have that spark and glow on your face.Your body sees losing weight as a threat (especially when you are trying to go below 10% Body Fat) and tries to shut down.Final NoteDon't believe in programs or methods like-Chewing Gums-Or facial exercises that promises that you can lose just the fat on your face.As always… spot reduction is a myth.Lets say even if it happens, the changes will be so minute, that they wont be visible.Instead use your valuable time in get rid of your body fat overall and let your body decide where decides to slim down.Sometimes, when you start losing fat, your face starts to look slimmer, but belly fat remains the same…don't worry keep going…Sometimes, you lose fat from belly, but the face still remains chubby….dont worry keep going….You don't decide where you lose fat from.Your body, your genetics—where your maximum fat cells are located, decides this.Your JOB is to focus fat loss (no spot reduction methods…neither for face nor for abs).Hope this answers all your queries.Check out LEAN-The Ultimate Skinny-Fat Solution. And no this is not a face fat program but a program that will get you shredded, muscular and healthy.

How do I maintain my current weight?

Even though you aren't growing, it's still important to eat healthy, which will really help in maintaining your weight. Try eating about 2000-2500 calories everyday and try to eat meat only at dinner. Stay away from eating while watching TV because that makes you overeat and just eat healthy! Here's an example for a healthy day's scheduele:

Wake Up: Do 3 simple stretches, 30 sit-ups(not only to build muscle, but to lose fat at the ab area)

Breakfast: Some kind of fruit high in Vitamin C for a morning boost, a whole wheat source(whole wheat toast with honey and peanut butter tastes great! And it's healthy)and Soy Milk(Soy Milk, in my opinion, is delicious. It's creamy, very very healthy, and kind of tastes like vanilla ice cream.

Lunch: VEGETABLES! Try packing your lunch from home instead of greasy, pre-cooked cafeteria food. A spinach salad with your fav veggies and an Italian dressing on the side is soo good. You can hardly taste the spinach, but it feels good to be eating something healthy. As a treat, pack no more than two snickerdoodles or something sweet, but make sure it isn't too high in fat. And pack a juice box too.

Snack: Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips with Homemade Salsa. You can make this by buying whole grain tortillas at your grocery store and just popping them into the oven and I'm sure you can find a low fat salsa recipe online, you could also make Bruschetta. Another snack is a nice homemade smoothie. Try putting in all your favorite fruits with some non-fat yogurt.

Exercise: Play a sport such as Soccer(THATS WHAT I PLAY AND I LOVE IT!!!) or just jog around your neighborhood for 30 minutes to an hour everyday

Dinner: Whole grain pasta with your favorite sauce(Stay away from Alfredo, high in fat) or homemade burgers on the grill. Buy lean ground beef at the store, wheat hamburger buns(whenever you eat carbs, try to get wheat), and lettuce/tomatoes/onions/whatever, grill the hamburgers and if you HAVE to have cheese on top, get soy cheese, sounds gross but tastes just like cheese.

NOW, this isn't going to be a walk in the park, but after a week or so of really hard commitment. it'll seem like everyday stuff. Be sure to do your workouts. Jogging with your dog or a friend for 30 minutes everyday will make a huge difference. Good Luck!

Will my face get thinner when I lose weight?

Hi!Our body doesnt burn fat in any particular area depending on the workout we select. Body fat is burning simultaneously but not always equally depending on our body type. My best suggestion is to implement healthy eating into your lifestyle and start working our your whole body, you will lose weight and already have toned muscles showingStaying healthy and fit is something you do every day if you really want those results, its not a one time solution to lose weightYou have to consume enough proteins, lower your carb intake and workout starting with cardio+some free weights.Depending on your body type face fat will burn faster or longer but eventually its all gonna leaveHave a great day:)
