Should I get a wrist tattoo if I'm trying to lose weight?

It shouldn't, unless you are someone who puts a lot of weight on your wrists. Usually that only happens when you are really heavy. Feel your wrist with your hands. If you feel more fat then bone you should probably wait but if you can feel your bones on the sides of your wrist when you link your other hand around it your wrist size won't really change so it would be fine.

Just a tip make sure the word is something that will mean something to you in the future. Never get a guys name on your wrist or anything that you will even have a chance of looking at in 10 or more years and thinking, wow that I was being really silly. You probably know that but I just had to say it, sorry :P.

Why am I tall but have small hands and feet?

I m a 17 yr old male, 5 11 and wear size 8.5 shoes and also have small hands. Why is this haha it bothers me a bit but for the most part accept it and find it funny. A lot of my friends are shorter than me and have bigger hands/feet.

My hands are very thin and weak in proportion to my body. My age is 22 years. Is there any way by which I can cure this?

This is not serious at all & a pretty common one at that. You can rectify it with Diet & ExercisesDIET: Take protein rich foods. Eat meat, eggs etc & if you are a vegetarian eat dal (pulses)- sprouted is best. Grind soyabean & add the flour to the dough you use for making roti (Indian bread). Eat plenty of green vegetables & salads.EXERCISE:   1.  Do simple warm up exercises & then Shavasana till breathing becomes normal. Now do Garudasana ( this develops & strengthens the muscles of arms & legs)2. After doing step 1 for a week start doing normal pushups along with it. Begin with 3 repetitions & increase by 1 each week. Do this till you reach 20.3. Do Diamond push ups. Begin with 5, increase by 2 each week until you reach 404. Now progress to doing one armed push up. Look up the internet for necessary progression.5. Alongside do pull ups. Pull ups done with a towel or rope are very very taxing to the forearms. They develop all muscles of the hand.

Question about being thin, weight and bmi measurements.?

First and foremost, the BMI scale is Crap, it does not take "body type" into the formula. I am 5'9" and 230 pounds, and I recently had a body fat test done, and I am right at 13 percent. But my BMI is supposedly 34. I lift weights daily, I run, I eat healthy and I am in Great shape. I am 22 years old. I am very thin. I need to increase weight. How can I increase weight? What kind of food should I eat?

Why is my right wrist so much thicker than my left wrist?

I have exceptionally thin wrists and ankles but have a perfect BMI. What is the reason for this? Should I be worried?

Hi, Thank you for your question!BMI doesn't take into account one's body fat. What's yours?Overall, considering your height, your weight is good enough, provided that most of it  is muscle. You probably would be an ectomorph and your wrist would be slightly less than 7in?And your wrist measurement than determines your upper body bone structure which in your case is petite and light. there is nothing wrong in that, and if you work out properly and bring your body fat below 15% you can look really good as compared to people who have heavy bone structures.

I am a 25-year-old tall female who is pretty beautiful too, but my hands are thin and I want to make them fat. I have dumbbells in my home. Will it help me in increasing hand muscles? Which type of exercise must I do?

Why are my hands so skinny compared to the rest of my body? Is it just a matter of weight?

It has little to do with weight but more to do with the size of your frame (ie bone structure).Here is a calculator to determine what size frame you have. It uses wrist size and height as input.Frame Size CalculatorI’m guessing you may have a small frame.It takes a lot of body weight (like 30 lbs) as well as weight lifting (doing deadlifts and exercises that develop grip strength) before your hands look bigger.That being said - I would use what you got and develop what you can through progressive weight training if you want to gain overall mass.

Can being born premature affect my height and weight ect.?

I'm a sophmore in highschool. I'm 5'6'' and 115lbs. I have small wrists and tiny feet and hands and I'm underweight. My sister's in 8th grade. She's 5'8'' and 140lbs. My dad's 6ft and my moms 5'3''. There's a catch to why I am so small. I was born 17 weeks earlier than my due date. When I was born my dad could literly hold me in his hand. I was a pound and I was half devoped. My eyes and ears wern't devoloped and I couldn't breath on my own. Most freshmen guys are taller than me. Most guys are atleast 6ft. I hate highschool because of this. I drank coffee for 2 yrs but I don't know if coffee has anything to do with how tall you get. I still drink it sometimes in the morning and when I go to lift weights. I'm a small kid. I hate being small but I can't gain weight no matter what I eat. For my sister it's so easy though. She's tall and thin. My dad's tall and thin. All his brother's were over 6ft tall. The oldest is 6'2". I feel so short. My cousin who's 2 yrs younger than me is 5'11 and 120lbs. He's tall for his age. Every other guy in my dad's family is tall and thin with long legs. I'm short with long legs. I feel so low right now. I went to the homecomming dance and I felt like the shrimp. I was reading on the internet and it said premature babies are more likely to be small for yrs and some might catch on but others stay small. It also said premature babies more likely to be underweight. I feel mad and it's not fair everyone else was normal. I am normal right now but I'm pysically small. Here I am 16 yrs later.
