My Boss Said I Was Lucky To Have The Chance To Sit With Him At The Same Coach.

How can I approach my crush?

In person, and definitely not on messenger. One fateful night, I was really bored. Had finished writing some poems, and was surfing memes on Fb.I glanced at the ‘active now’ section, and saw that my crush was also online. It was 12 am.I don't know why and how, but suddenly I got the urge to confess to my crush, at freaking midnight. One reason may be that it was the near end of school life, and I don't deal with regrets. But you take the help of relationship gods before taking any such action. So I messaged my friend on WhatsApp, and told him that I wanted to confess to her. What I should do?That bastard started laughing, and challenged me to do it. He thought I wouldn't do it, and was just teasing him.Being the raging hormone creature that I was, the challenge was accepted. What I may have not ended up doing, was 100% going to be done now.Opened messenger, went to her chat, and sent“Hey do you time to talk? I have something to say”“Yes” came the reply in 2 minutes.“I have a crush on you. Have been crushing since the last year” I typed, my palms sweaty.Well, did she reply fast, man!Any guesses as to what was her reply? No?I will write it in bold.“OK”Yes, she replied with this two letter word that I couldn't make heads or tails of.Wha…. How…when?…My mind was jumbled, and I couldn't write anything after reading that. It's not that I was expecting a yes, but I did expect a message I could understand and be satisfied with!Well, I just took a screenshot and sent it to my friend, proving him that at least I had the guts. Now, 2 years later that I think upon it, could I have succeeded had I approached her in person??Nah, who am I kidding. But at least I got the respect from my friends after this incident! XD.So yeah, approach her in person, preferably alone.

Should the coaches kids get special treatment?

When playing sports like baseball for example, should the son of the coach get more playtime simply because his father is the coach?

I have heard some people say that since the coach is giving his time to volunteer and coach then his kid deserves to have more playtime. I have heard others say it's not fair and every child should be equal it's about learning to be team players etc...

what do you think?

In my experience with my kids playing sports, the coaches kids always seem to play more. My son had his first baseball game the other night and my son sat out 2 innings while the coaches kids (3 kids who have dads on team coaching) did not sit out at all. Is that how it should be or should it be a little more even so everyone sits out the same amount of time?

Then as the kids get older it's no wonder the coaches kids are all a bit more skilled, they get a lot more play/practice time. Sometimes I get mad about it and feel it's not fair and then sometimes I wonder if it's true that the coach is giving his time so his kid should play more so I want to know what others think?

I wish my husband could coach but he works 2 jobs and does not have the time. Even f he could I don't think I would want him to favor our own son that would feel wrong. I also notice coaches kids getting the best positions as well. Even when they aren't that great at pitching they get to pitch every game etc...

Would you let this girl teach your child (could be a pedophile)?

I recently signed my son up for karate. He is 7 and that just seemed like the perfect age- the majority of the kids in the class are 7-10. Then there is a 16 year old girl- she wears a blackbelt and helps teach. Call me paranoid but I don't feel comfortable w/ a teenager being around my kid and unsupervised for a little bit. (the girl leads the kids through their warmups before the teacher comes- and says that parents aren't allowed to watch the class)- she sid it was the instructors rule I am just afraid she is a pedophile. I mean why else would she want to be there and not allow me to watch
and all the parents just told me to relax but this just seems weird. After class I got to ask the instructor a few questions about the girl all the parents and instructor say nothing but fabulous things about her- but I still don't trust the girl and don't want her around my son. (as far as they know she hasn't been arrested or done drugs but why would she tell them that) thenI checked she is not on the sex offenders list. What motives would a 16 year old have to wake up early and be at the club at 7:30 on a Saturday morning? The kids love, her the parents love her, the teacher seems like she is the most in love with the girl. I guess I would feel better if I knew her motives. Is it typical for teens to help out in kids classes when the majority of the class is 7-10? I also looked at her facebook page and often she has updates like "little kids are evil" " little kids are homicidal and will do their best to kill you" I mean only 2 posts but it doesn't sound like she likes kids

Second day as Office manager, I need advice on Terminating someone, Bosses said it's my call.?

Well, On Friday , I was Promoted to Office Manager For Foster Watch INC. There is another guy named Rick Who applied for the Job, But they gave the spot to me for " reasons". Well, Friday was my first day, ( Keep in mind Rick and I used to both Be in the same position). And My Boss told me to Get the Employees together for a Company Intro, and let everyone know that I had been promoted, and I can Answer Future questions. Well, During the meeting Rick was staring at me with his eyes looking very blood shot, and his fist were clinched. And after we wrapped everything up, he stormed out of the room before everyone else and slammed the door. Everyone else was like,,, Whoa. So About 5 minutes later I see on my Office Phone there is a message. This is Exactly what Rick Left me on my Machine... --- You've got Nothing to Live for, Because Everyday, when you wake up, and look in the mirror, and see that toothless, Deliverance , Hoosier Mother F*ucker staring back at you, You've got, no reason to live". HANG UP... Funny thing is I'm Not Toothless, Im 29 Years old, He is in his 50's. I talked to my new secretary and let her listen to it and she was frightened. She told me I needed to talk to Our Boss ASAP.I called My Boss and spoke to him, he did not hear the voicemail, but he told me that it's my call. Some Part of me though, I feel bad, Rick is Married and has Kids in High school, And i know his wife is a House-mom. Rick has borrowed money from me in the past, He has paid me back always, but because he was struggling to pay his bills. So How should I handle this situation?

How to deal with unfriendly, bitchy girls?

i was at volleyball training and it was my first session. there were a couple of other girls who were new too but i was the only asian
when those girls made mistakes the bitchy girls were like its ok dont worry about it but when i made a mistake they would give me a stare and look at each other. when i tried to strike up a conversation with them, they would stare forwards and give me one worded answers and turn away but when the other girls did, they would begin conversations etc. i kept feeling like i was being turned away just because i was asian because these girls really did look they judged ppl from their appearances. i LOVE volleyball but ive been to a few sessions since them to see if anything would change but nothing has and im beginning to hate it because of the way im being treated. at my high school volleyball, everyboday played as a team and stuck up for each other during a mistake but at this club im going to, they keep to their groups and tell ppl off for making mistakes. thats just not how a team works. im starting to want to quit volleyball and i wanted to continue it this year because i love it so much. what can i do
no chance of switching clubs. please dont suggest
thank u

Help with an uncontrollable student????

I was wondering if any of you experienced teachers could help with this. I'm a first year teacher, and for the most part things are going well for me. But this one student I have is only at this school because he got kicked out of the private school he went to before. His dad told him he could come here until he could get back into his old school, then when he did, he was going to repeat his sophomore year. In other words, he has no reason to even try to get good grades or behave in class. He constantly tells me I'm an incompetent teacher. He constantly tells the class he doesn't HAVE to do any work. He annoys people on purpose, he refuses to take notes or learn ANYTHING, and I think he threatened to kill my children the other day - but it was muffled and I'm not sure. The office isn't helping me with him, and actually told me to stop sending him there because they can't do anything either. My efforts aren't working at all. Any suggestions for how to make this kid behave?????
