My Cat Has Been Pregnant 3 Times But She Won

My ragdoll cat won't get pregnant! she is 3 and has been bred 6 times! anyone ever hear of a sterile cat?

Any animal can be sterile. From the sounds of it,she is.
I don't understand why you're so bent on her getting pregnant though...it's not like we don't have 1,000's of homeless cats as it is.

5 MONTH OLD PREGNANT CAT??? help?

I have a female cat named lilly who is 5 months old, and a male neutered cat named nugget who is 3 years old. 4 weeks ago, lilly stuck her but up in the air to my dog...... does that mean she was in heat? Around that same time i spotted her and a tom cat on the roof around midnight. Could she be pregnant? (4 weeks later) now she does not stick her but up to my dog anymore. She gets very vicious when i touch her stomach. Her stomach feels kind of hard, and it has gotten bigger. But i cant feel any lumps. So do you think she is pregnant? Or does she have worms? Or is she just getting fat? One thing i also heard about is a " False Pregnancy" Do you think she could be having that? Please tell me if she is pregnant or not!!!!!!

NOTE: For all you people out there who like to Criticize rather than just answer the question, i have never owned a female cat before and did not know that there was a chance that they could get pregnant that young. I had planned on getting her fixed at around 7 months.

How many times should my dog get stuck to become pregnant?

The correct term is “tied” not ‘stuck’.Two dogs only become tied if the male’s knot gets fully inside of the female. If it does not, he may tie outside or even tie inside of his own sheath. This is not especially important, because canines ejaculate the entire time they have an erection, unlike most mammals. However dog’s semen is very watery and easily leaves the female’s reproductive tract, especially if she is sittting down or begins to clean herself. For this reason, the chances of a breeding being successful do increase if the two dogs have tied: that will keep them standing typically, and gives time for the male’s sperm to travel up through the cervix and have a good chance to fertilize the female’s eggs.Typically if one pays a stud fee to a breeder, the dogs will be expected to tie multiple times, because the breeder wants to be fair and the female dog’s owner wants to be sure they will get the puppies they paid for!It is best to let the dogs mate on more than one day, because the female will be appealing to males before her true fertile period begins - in nature this would gather a large number of suitors - and then a few days after this time she will truly be ready for impregnation.

Why is my pregnant cat meowing a lot? What do I do?

It sounds like she definitely pregnant. Before a cat gives birth, it is normal for them to want to find a safe and comfortable spot to have her kittens. It sounds like she is trying to tell you that she has decided that spot should be inside your house. She keeps meowing because you haven’t done her bidding and allowed her inside yet. I suggest you open the door and let her inside. Then find a nice big box and cut the sides down to about 1–1/2 feet in height. Put some old towels an blankets in it. Place this in a quiet but warm place. Put her food and water just outside of the box. Put the litter box outside of this room where she has access but not so close that the odor of it overpowers her food. Gently place her in this box.The odds are about 50/50 that she will actually have her kittens in that box. There are ways to increase those odds. Close the doors to any rooms with beds or soft furniture unless you are with her. Those would be more appealing to her than the box. If you are not watching her, attempt to keep her confined to areas that only have cold, hard surfaces so that her box is more appealing.I had once adopted a pregnant cat and did all this. One day, I saw her violently shiver. I am assuming that was a contraction. She was on the couch. I immediately picked her up and took her to her box. She no longer had the energy to argue with me and soon afterwards the first kitten was born. She gave birth to 6 healthy kittens and kept them in the box until they were big enough to climb out. By that time, they were old enough to learn to use the litter box. The Mom did a great job of teaching them how to do that.By the way, I don’t think you adopted the abandoned cat. I think she adopted you. Cats are clever like that. They let you think you are getting your way when they are actually manipulating you to get things their way.Excuse me, my cat is demanding my attention. I must obey her wishes.

Cat has gone crazy after pregnancy?

I found a kitten of about 2 months, and raised her. She would go out into my backyard to hang out there, and a male cat started coming there and impregnated her at about 8-9months of age. She gave birth to 6, yes 6 kittens! No complications, everything is good, kittens are healthy. They are now 5 weeks old, and my cat lost her mind. She comes in and out every second from the room where the kittens are (we have the door closed to the room). She screams, moans non-stop, in a weird voice. She is overly obsessed with her kittens. She started attacking me and my parents! She was the sweetest kitten... now, if I try to pet her, 90% of the time she will try to pounce on me and rip my face apart. Right now, she is screaming. My whole family is stressed out; we cannot sleep...she wakes us every 2-3 min. Her eyes look crazy, and all we hear is her moaning.

What do we do? Please help. We are worried about her, and this is driving us crazy. We haven't been able to sleep normal for 3 days. It keeps getting worse and worse.
