My Daughter Is Wearing A Training Bra But I Really Need Help Update To

When should my daughter start wearing training bras?

You really should talk to your mother about this. At 9 you are too young to be on YA.

I am 13 years old and i am still wearing training bras. need new ones. help!?

I recomend a sports bra, since I assume you do sports or execise a lot. A sports bra will really keep your breasts "sercure". I know you might detest against this, but you should go bra shopping with your sister, or mom, or both. They have all been through bra shopping before and probaly know which bra is the best for you. It also might help to have people there who have the same genes as you (if you know what I mean...).

And don't worry about your breasts being too big or noticable. They might help you out, someday, somehow.

Good luck!

Are there less "obvious" alternatives to training bras? My daugher is 10 and doesn't want other kids to know.

My newest challenge is trying to get my daughter (normal height, weight) to wear a bra.

She has developed into a AA cup seemingly overnight - when she returns to school in a few weeks, this will be evident.

I think a training bra or spandex undershirt will help flatten her chest down a bit, but if I say the word BRA my daughter cries and takes off.

How can I help her through this time & minimize her embarrassment at having developed "early"?

Are there less-obvious alternatives to "training bras"?

My daughter's friend needs a bra very much but does not wear one. Should I get involved or stay out of it?

My 11 1/2 year old daughter has recently befriended a girl on our block who is a little older (she's 12, but I'm not sure when her birthday is). Because we moved in only a few months ago, I don't know the family very well. The girl is homeshooled. The girls will sometimes get together and hang out at each other's houses.

My dilemma is that I have noticed that this friend does not wear a bra, and VERY much needs one. She is well beyond the training bra stage, but doesn't appear to wear even a training bra. Or a cami. Or even an undershirt, from what I can tell. Sometimes she wears baggy tops, so it's not noticeable, but at other times, it's like, my oh MY!! Even my husband has noticed!

I mentioned this to my daughter, and she got embarrassed and clammed up.

I am taking both of them to the mall either today or tomorrow. I'm wondering if I should encourage some bra shopping. My daughter doesn't need bras at all, but has training bras, which she doesn't wear. So I might need to invent a reason to bra shop. I'm also wondering if I should talk to her mother, who, again, I don't know very well. Or should I just stay out of it, since it's none of my beezwax?

When should a girl start wearing a training bra?

When should my daughter start wearing a training bra? I guess she's starting to get the breast buds because her nipples push up alittle bit under her shirt. But there's really no actually "breast" yet. So when should she start wearing a TRAINING bra?

I'm too old for training bras and my mom doesnt realize that!!! help me!!?

hi I just turned 14 in february and i still wear training bras! its sooooo embarrassing in the locker room when we are all changing and everyone has real (padded) bras and i dont. besides, i would be like a 32b if i did. this is kind of embarrassing but my boobs are like pointy when its cold and training bras are for like 9 year olds. im not close with my mom and im a little scared to ask her to buy them for me, and idk what to do. she still buys them from the kids gap and theyre the biggest size so hopefully she'll see theyre too small, but im pretty sure not. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! i dont know if she realizes that no 8th graders wear TRAINING BRAS anymore, because that was like a 4th grade thing. i didnt even start wearing a till like seventh grade and im really really not flat. so please tell me what i shoud do or say.

Thanks so much
