My Dog Chewed A Hole In Neighbors Shoe She Called Cops I Was Fined If I Pay Fine Will They Still

Landlord just wont help! Neighbors are neuissance what do i do?

I would call animal control. They can come & talk to the dog owners & if there is a leash law where you live then they are breaking that law with the puppies running around, so if they don't heed the waring then they will start getting fined. That's when most people pay attention, when they have to starting paying.

I would also start taking pictures of the puppies pooping in your yard & the stuff they are tearing up etc.....not to mention you may want to take pictures of the way these people are trashing the property.

You may be able to hold your landlord liable & make him/her pay, but I would check into the laws where you live first.
Check out the laws pertaining to how many & type of pets your town or county allows & if there's any recourse on people/landlords not keeping up property.

Edit...............Since you are in a mobile home park isn't there something like an HOA as there is now for neighborhoods?

If you do then there should be CCR's & By-Laws recorded at the court house, then they have to abide by the rules which means the landlord has to make these people do what they are suppose to do otherwise they can be fined for it by the association. Since there is a landlord, then there should be a management company that he/she reports to.
You should contact them.

If you have a cell phone that can take pictures use that.
Make it look as if your fooling around with it, having problems with it, trying to get it to work.
I'm sorry you're going through this I know what it's like to have bad neighbors. There's always one, I don't care where you live. They just don't seem to care about other people, it's just about them. Good luck!!

How do people usually dispose of a dead dog?

As mentioned by others here, there is cremation, your vet has a contract with, for large animals the fees are more, they also try to get you to get the nice wooden containers that may have an engraved plaque with your pet's name and possibly a paw print in fired clay. For less money you can get a "tin box." For less money, you can get a communal cremation, (one where more than one pet is cremated at the same time) but the cremains are mixed with other animals. Then as also mentioned, private burial on your own property. I had opted for this early on with cats that had been pets. Unfortunately, there's been a ground squirrel infestation, some of the pets bones had been raised with the squirrel holes excess dirt mounds. There is another method that has not been mentioned that is more prevalent with large animals. Animal care and control, usually run by a county or some local government agency, will come and pick up your deceased animal. There they will either cremate or God only knows what else and I don't want to venture to guess what they will do. There are other "services" that pick up horses and other large animals, I know you only asked about dogs. I had a donkey, and had no way of dealing with her body when she passed. I was promised that she would be buried under a tree in the country. I would like to believe that lie.
