How much does it cost to ride in an ambulance?

Question: How much does it cost to ride in an ambulance?Like the other people have written, there’s no hard and fast answer. In my area? Depending on if you’re a resident or non-resident and if I do ALS or BLS will determine your bill. For clarification, ALS for my area includes:administration of nitroglycerin fromnitroglycerin from my ambulance’s stocknitrous oxide administrationAn IV attempt (doesn’t need to be successful)An IO attempt (also doesn’t need to be successful)Everything else? BLS.As for cost? Generally it’s going to be around $850 or $1120 for a resident. For a non-resident that increases to above $1000 regardless of ALS or BLS (ALS costs more.)Mileage-wise? Its around $20 a mile, so theoretically your bill could be around $1000 from the closest point in our district to the closest hospital for someone that lives in our district, all the way to over $2000 for someone at the farthest reaches of our district that wants to go to the higher-level hospitals in our district and gets an ALS skill.

How do people usually dispose of a dead dog?

As mentioned by others here, there is cremation, your vet has a contract with, for large animals the fees are more, they also try to get you to get the nice wooden containers that may have an engraved plaque with your pet's name and possibly a paw print in fired clay. For less money you can get a "tin box." For less money, you can get a communal cremation, (one where more than one pet is cremated at the same time) but the cremains are mixed with other animals. Then as also mentioned, private burial on your own property. I had opted for this early on with cats that had been pets. Unfortunately, there's been a ground squirrel infestation, some of the pets bones had been raised with the squirrel holes excess dirt mounds. There is another method that has not been mentioned that is more prevalent with large animals. Animal care and control, usually run by a county or some local government agency, will come and pick up your deceased animal. There they will either cremate or God only knows what else and I don't want to venture to guess what they will do. There are other "services" that pick up horses and other large animals, I know you only asked about dogs. I had a donkey, and had no way of dealing with her body when she passed. I was promised that she would be buried under a tree in the country. I would like to believe that lie.

15 days trip to america good enough or too short?

You have a plan and it sounds like your main reason is to visit Cedar Point, Ohio. Insofar as any of the other cities you list you'd like to visit, there can never be enough time. Aside from Cedar Point, Ohio, I think you may get a wrong impression of America. New York City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles are big cities with their own agendas. Most people in the US don't live like that. You'll have a great time and a lot of fun while visiting each of them, but it will not give you a taste of what real America is all about.
Fortunately or unfortunately, we are a huge country. I was born here and I've traveled a lot, but I still have yet to visit many states and different areas of my own country.
If you have 4 days in Los Angeles, I would strongly recommend you rent a car and get out of the city, drive north along the coastal highway. If you can make it to Yosemite, I can guarantee the most breathtaking sights you will ever see. Do the same thing in Las Vegas, except drive south. Go see Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Awesome. Arizona is not far and the desert is spectacular.
Whatever your budget may allow. As stated, I could take a year and travel from coast to coast and still never have seen all the natural wonders of country or gotten to know all the different people.
Overall, I would suggest enjoy the big cities, but having been there/done that, don't make that your focus.
