My friend smells of urine and not sure how to tell her?
My friend gives off bad odour of urine and mixture of sweat, it's so bad that even after she has sat on my bed or uses the blanket the scent lingers. Her room smells so bad, I'm not sure what it is cause she does bath everyday and uses perfume. I'm not sure how to tell her cause she thinks highly of herself and she will be very defensive.

Be interested in cat/pet keeping. Ask his opinion on kitty litter and how often you should change the cats box. Ask what his favorite carpet and further cleaner is for removing pet stains. You can move these questions towards how to keep your house/room from smelling like pet messes because of concern of becoming immune to your own smell and sometimes not realizing that you carry the smell of where you live with you. You don't have to say anything directly but by bringing up the subjects and getting his advice it might get him thinking of his own situation. You might talk about the affectivness of febreze as well. You might even ask his opinion on if he ever thinks you smell like your pet/house/roommates/etc. The most important aspect is to be respectful and not shaming. Some people really don't understand how easy it is to not smell your own environment.

Yes it is unhealthy not to mention disgusting. Your friend really needs to see a doctor asap! Is he aware of the urine stench in his house? I'm sure his clothing reeks of pee as well. Get him to a doctor, he'll be all the happier when this is taken care of!

When I was a teenager I once bought an Eau de Toilette by Dior called Poison, that smelled great in the bottle, but when I applied it to my skin, it smelled like stale urine. However, it smelled nice on the friend I gave it to. That was the last time I bought cologne with out trying it on first.
