My Hair Turned Lighter But Not Burnt . But Anyways . Help

Help! someone burnt my hair with deodrant&+a lighter!?

basically i went out today with two girls, and we met up with a load of boys. unforunately.
they find playing with fire fun. i don't know on earth why. but they set fire to my friends bum :S
then they tried to set fire to my hoodie, but it went on my hair instead.
not a lot just a bit on a part of my hair at the bottom. anyway i went home and washed it, some of it's gone, but what else can i do? i can't tell my mum because she'll kill me. i know i might have to cut a bit.

I burned my eyeball with a lighter!?

Okay so last night my friend was playing with a lighter and she accidently got the flame in my eyeball. And I was wearing contacts. So I started freaking out like, "OMG I have to get my contact out!"

So I took out my contacts and about 20 minutes later when I got home, I splashed my eye with water. And my eyebrow and eyelashes were burnt too, but not that much.

Anyway, my question is, what's going to happen to my eye? This happened last night and I never felt like I couldn't see or anything and I'm seeing fine now.

But at the time I was just crying and crying saying "I'm gonna go blind!"

So what's gonna happen? Am I gonna be okay?

Have you ever tried to light a cigarette on a gas stove, and burnt off some of your hair or eyebrows?

was there a warning label? we can sue the gas company, and the stove manufactuerer.

I’ve heard 40 volume creme developer can help lighten hair even without bleach. I have thick, dark brown hair with orangeish-brown tips and I want to safely achieve a lighter ash blonde. How can I instantly lighten my hair color without bleach?

You will not be able to achieve a ash blond (level 7/8/9) without bleach. Anything you can get available to the general public will not be strong enough for your desired outcome so unless you can get pro product do not attempt it. 40 vol (12%) mixed with color or hi-lift color always pulls warmth meaning it exposes the natural red & yellow pigment in the hair. My guess is you are about a lv.3-4 see chart:The column on the right is the corresponding level of hairs underlying raw pigment. You must bypass all the red stages first. So a level 7 is the first yellow/gold stage. At a lv.7 raw, you can use a lv7 color to neutralize the yellow. A lighter color:8+ will not be strong enough to neutralize the warmth of a lv.7 raw. lv.7A/7.1=ash will give you a lv.7N (see left side #7) ideally a level 8–9 = yellow-pale yellow base/raw is best to get an ash blond like:The first is a lv.7 then 8 then 9. having 1 process with a good quality bleach + 30 volume is better than 40 volume X2+ hi-lift color & will pass the red-gold stages. I would recommend seeing a good colorist with experience & chemical knowledge. I would also recommend getting a full head of hi-lites over doing the whole head as the dark roots come in fast & if your hair is naturally dark, your completion will get washed out with the whole head in an ash blond, You can also do peek-a-boo foils in the interior of the hair in panels which are away from the part & hair line so you do not see roots for a long time.

Can i mix bleach into my hair dye to make the color lighter so i can put it on my hair?

noo. you rly SHUD bleach first separately...

:D

What happens to your body if you burned alive?

Not the happiest of thoughts, but okay. I'm not a doctor but I’ll take a swing at it.First realize that there are many different ways to be ‘burned alive.’ The best way to go is to simply die of smoke inhalation while asleep before getting burned up. Check your smoke detectors. The second best way to go is to probably inhale the fire (common in accelerant (gas) fires) and burn your lungs to a crisp so you die as soon as possible. So let's discuss the full sequence. Yea. I’ll go with ‘burning at the sake.’Fire starts. You're anxious and sweaty. It is thought that this mechanism helps people walk on hot coals, but it won't help you here.First your feet burn with excruciating pain. Eventually the nerve endings will be burned away, but the fire will keep going.Your legs will start to cook and you probably won't notice it's getting hard to breath. You’ll be screaming anyway. This is about the point of no return. Even if you were rescued, you’d probably die of shock sooner or later. Now your time left depends largely on how flamable your clothes are and the size of the fire. If you're wearing heavy wool, sorry, you're going to cook for a while. If you're wearing a flamable synthetic, you will light up like a candle, your hair will burn off and you’ll be dead pretty quick. Even in wool, your hair will eventually catch and burn off.If you’re wearing a fire suit, you’d probably (eventually) pass out from heat stroke and suffer a heart attack. Assuming you don't suffocate first. If you make it out now, you will almost certainly die of either shock or infection. Much of the cooked meat that was once you will have to be removed. If you've lost too much of your skin (besides infection) your body won't be able to regulate its temperature.Final death in these situations (if you make it this far), I believe, is due to ionic imbalances as toxic salts are driven into your body that stops your heart. Or maybe that's a fancy way of describing too much stress on your heart.Don’t play with gas. Or matches. Check your smoke detectors.

Nose burns after bleaching/dying hair at home?

Two days ago I bleached and then dyed my hair at home. I dyed my hair at home often, so I know that you have to do it in a well ventilated area. But, my new home's bathroom only has a fan and no windows. I had nowhere else to do it so I just turned on the fan and proceeded to bleach and dye. It was my first time bleaching my hair at home, and the smell was really strong, but bearable.

Anyway, it's now 2 days later and I have cold/allergy symptoms... runny, itchy nose and sore throat. My nose has been really itchy and burns... not so much that it hurts, but that feeling you get when you smell something really strong, like ammonia or vinegar. I'm now beginning to wonder if my cold/allergy symptoms are because of the dye.

Can anyone tell me if they are probably just cold/allergy symptoms or if it may be because of the bleach chemicals?

Also, how can I relieve the sensation in my nose? It's really uncomfortable. Thank you.
