When these pics are sent to my computer and laptop both running Windows 7, they come in normal size and I use Yahoo mail. Anyone know how to fix this problem.

How to change the font size of received emails?

Usually, Windows 'remembers' the set size when you close that site, and uses it again the next time.

(from easiest to slowest)
1. Hold the Ctrl key and move the scroll wheel slowly ... away from you to enlarge, towards you to shrink.
2. Hold the Ctrl key and click + or + + to enlarge, and - or - - to shrink. (On Windows 7, use the Windows key and + or -, not Ctrl.)
3. Click View at the top > Zoom > Zoom In or Zoom Out (the keyboard shortcuts in #2 are there as a clue if you forget them)
4. In Internet Explorer, use the magnifier at the bottom of the page (usually 100%)

To change the font size in outgoing mail, select Rich Text on your mail page (then Plain text is shown in the box), click the Font size box. 8 is small, 12 a bit big, and 14 only for headlines. To change the size in Replies or Fwds. highlight the message before doing this.

I cannot receive mail, what is problem?

The fact that I cannot receive emails on a regular basis from Yahoo is troubling and the on-line assistance has been zero help. Our entire company is transferring over to Google because of the continued difficulties and lack of customer support. We suggest you do the same.

What to do when you receive someone else's mail?

This happens to me quite commonly. Usually it's the neighbor's, and I just take it over. If not, I just put it back in the box and lift the flag. I normally don't even have to write "delivered to wrong address" on it, as my carrier seems to figure it out without any trouble, though if I were using a big public box instead of my own I'd want to cover that.

They are both correct, but there is a subtle contextual difference between the two.The past tense (possibly past perfect, implying completed actions in the recent past): "I did not receive the items ordered".This carries with it the sense of completion; this may imply that the situation described is not expected to change. The past imperfect tense: "I have not received the items ordered".This implies that there is a continuing expectation that a situation might resolve, or that an action is ongoing.A simple test is to place "yet" at the end of one of these sentences."I did not receive the items ordered yet" would definitely sound odd to a native English speaker (although there are plenty of uneducated native speakers of English that might phrase it this way) while "I have not received the items ordered yet" sounds perfectly fine.English is a very forgiving language though and it's unlikely anyone would fail to understand what is meant and in some contexts the two phrases could even be interchangeable. However it's one of the little cues that can alert a native speaker of the language that the person communicating with them has learned it as a foreign language.
