My Nes Forgotten Game

Why were early Nintendo games (NES era), and early video games in general made to be so incredibly difficult?

Short answer:Those games were not meant to be finished in 30 minutes in one go and be forgotten about.Long answer:Games of that era are mostly ports of arcade games. Arcade game is meant to be played in short sessions by vast amount of people. Some people were expected to come for more to try and beat the game, while most of the casual players just gave up and went to another arcade machine or another activity. You are not expected to beat the game, but to achieve a high-score, beat your own and your friends’ high-scores and. If you put it this way, there are no easy or hard games. All games are equal.Modern games have a lot of content. If you beat a modern game in 1 or 2 hours, it will be considered a bad game, because it’s not worth its money. Even on the easiest settings it will cost you 5–10 hours to beat a generic platformer or a shooter. Old games could not afford to have such amount of content because of space restrictions of cartridges.Saving game progress was not invented yet. When it was, it was not widely used and definitely was not being used the way it’s used now (like saving/loading at any moment). This implicates that a game is supposed to be relatively short but meant to be mastered rather than beaten once.

Which nes system is worth the most?

There is no magically valuable NES out there. They're all pretty common and there were only 2 versions.
The first version normally referred to simply as the NES is the NES-001. It was the front loading model that was looked like a square two toned gray box. There were many millions of them sold in the USA alone. It is so common that you can buy one on Ebay for $20 or even less. There's always hundreds available at any given time.
The NES-101 which was the second version is known as the toploader. It was only made for 6 months at the very end of the NES lifespan before it was discontinued so Nintendo could concentrate on the newer SNES console. It was smaller than the original and is oddly shaped. It's rarer because it was made for such a short time which also makes it worth more. Also, since it will play any region NES game and it will play unlicensed NES games it's more valuable than the original. It has inferior video and audio quality compared to the original NES however. Nonetheless, they usually sell for about $70. That's 3 to 4 times the price of a regular NES.
If you have games with your NES that will make it worth a lot more. Which games you have will matter since some are very valuable, some are moderately valuable, and most are worth only a couple of dollars each. The condition and completeness of the console and games will matter a lot. If you have the manuals, sleeves, and original boxes they will be worth much more. Most original NES consoles need new pin connectors and make the screen blink, stay a solid color, or give garbled picture and sound. It's a cheap and easy process to do but most NES consoles need new pin connectors.

Why don't sony make PS2 games anymore?

Just like buying a New Computer, You need to upgrade the hardware if the software needs a a much higher specs requirement to run an application. Similar to PS2, Sony needs to produce a much powerful gaming console for customers to satisfy their needs. Actually! it takes years for them to launch a console. Would you want to be left out?
