My New Born Let Out A Loud Funny Noise While Shes Breathing And Sometime Suddenly She Will Shout N

My newborn makes weird breathing noises? Help?

newborns make all sorts of funny noises, especially while breathing. They can even stop breathing for a few seconds. This is all completely normal. She probably still has fluids in her lungs that she's trying to expel. She'll sound gurgle-y, sneeze and cough a lot, and may even spit up large amounts of cloudy mucus. Keep a bulb syringe handy to help clear her airway, throat, and nostrils if she needs it. As long as she is eating well, having plenty wet/dirty diapers, is alert at some points during the day, she is probably fine.

Which is better: Reading out loud or reading silently?

It depends on what you are trying to gain from the material, and your individual differences. Some people are more verbal, and other less so... that is a factor. Generally, when you read out loud, you are more likely to memorize information.... but you also sacrifice some focus by concentrating on saying the words, and you may lose some deeper comprehension... it's almost like multi-tasking, really. Silent reading is better for making deeper, more subtle connections within your own mind because you are focusing on understanding the words rather than verbalizing them.

Computer making weird loud breathing noises, what the hell?

The things that usually make sound in your computer is your hard drive and fans throughout the computer.

First off, check the hard drive. Use system software to detect operating temperatures and compare them to average operating temps. Along with that look for any slow-down, hiccups, or otherwise unexplained loading problems with your computer.

If your hard drive is working, one of the many fans inside your computer has probably gotten a little off track and is making some odd sounds. Open the side of your computer case (while the machine is off) then power it on and observe the fans, if one appears to be off-beat, power off your machine before reaching in to adjust it. Also be sure your body has no static electricity built up as this can kill a computer.

On the other hand, the sound your hearing could just be a product of heavy use on the processor and the motherboard. When a computer is "crunching numbers" it can make all sorts of sounds because a computer tends to have to work harder, thus make more heat, thus needing more fan speeds, etc. Just carefully examine each part of your computer and make the appropriate fixes.

My computer has suddenly been making those "noises" that an old computer usually makes (sounds like a CD running). They aren't loud, but it is only 2.5 years old and this even happens when I'm not running anything. What can the problem be?

As others have said, one of the most likely culprits is a fan. A good place to start when troubleshooting this can be to power off your computer and clean the interior with canned air. Dust buildup can frequently cause bottlenecks in cooling that force fans to spin faster and work harder to keep the PC cool. If cleaning doesn't resolve the issue, you can listen to the system to determine which fan may be the issue and replace as needed. One caveat to this is that the fans within your power supply are generally not intended to be replaced and doing so may void any warranty you have on the power supply. If the cause is your power supply fan you're better off replacing the power supply itself in most cases. Finally, if you have a spinning platter Hard Drive (as opposed to a Solid State Drive) you can boot the system with the HDD disconnected. If the noise vanishes without the hard drive spun up, it could be a sign of an impending drive failure, in which case you'd want to replace the drive before your HDD crashes and then move data over from the old drive to the new one.

When I breathe in my throat tickles and causes me to cough?

I am asthmatic, but I'm wondering whether these symptoms have anything to do with asthma or whether everyone gets these once in a while:

Sometimes I get random bouts of a tickling feeling in my throat each time i take a breath, which then causes me to cough. When i cough, i obviously try and breathe in after having coughed out all the air in my lungs, but my tickly throat doesn't take much air in and makes me want to cough more. I eventually deal with it by not breathing in for a few moments, instead i swallow a couple of times in my throat (i dont know why i do this, just a natural reaction to deal with the situation) and then i feel a build up of mucus which stops the tickling and makes things normal again.

Is this my asthma? Sometimes I get this randomly in variable situations, although I assume i just had this right now because i stupidly smoked sheesha for 2 hours straight...even though this was about 7 hours ago.

What is the legal time you can make noise till in your house?

You are not entitled to make excessive noise at any time to the disturbance of neighbours, but there is a general acceptance of the principle of live and let live. You are entitled to make a reasonable amount of noise up to 11 pm. However, if the noise is so bad that it is threatening the health and well being of your neighbour, then he is perfectly entitled to report the matter to the local authority even before 11pm.

The Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 amended the Noise Act 1996 and enables local authorities in England and Wales to tackle night time noise emitted from dwellings and gardens between the hours of 11.00 pm and 7.00 am. To enforce these powers local authorities must ensure that an environmental health officer takes reasonable steps to investigate complaints about noise emitted from dwellings. If the officer is satisfied that noise exceeds the permitted level, a warning notice may be served on the person responsible. If the warning is ignored, the offender becomes liable for prosecution (which if successful carries a fine of up to £1000. However the local authority officer may issue a fixed penalty notice (which must be paid within 14 days and in which case no further action will be taken). Where the noise being complained about continues after a warning notice has been issued, the local authority officer may enter the dwelling and confiscate the noise making equipment (obstructing confiscation carries a fine of up to £1000). (In Scotland similar action can be taken under the Anti-Social Behaviour (Noise Control) (Scotland) Regulations 2005.)

What can cause a pet rat to suddenly die?

I'm very sorry to hear this. I know how hard loosing a little friend is.
Her age would really help.
If she was just young: Many baby rats have respiratory infections. It can progress extremely quick, and the rat can die in no time. An antibiotic like Amoxicillan needs to be given. It's good to get new rats check out by an exotic-certified vet, and he can tell you if her breathing sounds ok.
I had a little rat that died very suddenly because of this. Very sad.
If she was older: The puffy fur means she was uncomfortable or in pain. The labored breathing usually is a sign of respiratory infection or advanced Mycoplasma. But if there were absolutelly no prior symptoms, any noise at all from lungs, porpherin discharge, hanging head down over things, breathing with lower sides of stomach... then it could have been any number of diseases older rats are prone to: cancer, leukemia, tumours... but very possibly heart disease, which often have the same symptoms as respiratory problems. Though it is very weird that it happened so suddenly.
One of my rats recently died very suddenly one night. He was only a little over 1 year old. I thought he was my healthiest rat. Upon necropsy (some vets will do this), it appeared he had a blood engourged tumour that had taken over his left lung and exploded. So you really never know.
But please don't feel bad, it really seems like there is nothing you could have done. Just inform yourself of disease symptoms and keep an eye on your girls, as you have been doing so well.
As for your other two rats, i'm sure you know how important it is for them to always have a cagemate. I think it's a good idea to have three, because if one dies, like in this case, there is not just one rat left to mourn her friend while trying to get used to a new rat, at least they still have each other.
But if they are older and you are thinking of getting another rat, if it will be a baby rat, two babies would be a good idea so they can play with each other and not bug the older girls.

How can babies drink and breath at the same time?

It’s unusual for a mammal not to be able to breathe and swallow at the same time. I’ve read that, except from humans, all mammals are able to do this.Humans are unlike other mammals from around 6 months of age when the larynx drops. This dropping of the larynx is why as adults we are unable to swallow and breathe simultaneously! Thankfully newborn babies are able to do both as they can take a very long time to eat each feed as it is without having to navigate their way around alternating between breathing and swallowing.
