I can´t use Payoneer on Amazon, my debit card is rejected all the time, does anybody know why?
The cards Payoneer issue are prepaid card. So while they are supported by the majority of websites and stores, some merchants will only choose to support credit and/or debit cards.In regards to Amazon, as a consumer purchasing merchandise online I have not heard of anyone running into any issues using our cards. As an Amazon seller however, this is a completely different issue because you are not a consumer purchasing a product, but someone who is trying to set up shop to sell to others.So even though the prepaid card might be declined on the attempt, this would not be the core issue as in these types of cases the payment requirement may change depending on the company that is supplying the service.
Why Is My Wal-Mart Money Card Is Being Declined?
Online it says I have $196.66 on my card. I put in $200.00 about 3 hours ago at a Wal-Mart store. I went to pay a $49.00 cell phone bill and the card was denied. I called in and it said that $196.66 is available and the card was declined again! I'm at my wits end. Customer service at Wal-Mart money card is closed. I went back online and it still has $196.66 on the card that's available so what gives? Any advice would be appreicated.

So I have an important question, my dad just gave me a credit card that is linked to the same account as his. So I ordered some videos online and much to my misfortune I accidentally entered my mom's address instead of my dad's (which is the billing address) my videos were instant download and I didn't get rejected or anything like that, so I have them now. What I want to know is if this is going to cause any legal problems or if I'll have to sort anything out at some point. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as I'm now starting to get a little paranoid.
