To determine your location Amazon will use your 1-Click delivery address when you're signed in to your account; otherwise, it will use your IP address. However, with USendhome, you can get any parcel from US to most of the partial shipment countries listed above ( 122 countries in total). How long do LIPSY dresses take to arrive from the UK to USA?

I haven't ordered from Lipsy, but I've ordered from Asos.com in the UK and heard the same horror stories. I live in NYC and my parcel arrived in just under the estimated shipping date which was about 8 business days, or 2 weeks. Nothing was damaged and I didn't have to pay any courier fees (my parcel arrived via USPS). I think the weight of my parcel was just under that of any additional fees that U.S. Customs adds on. I'm not sure if it was just Asos or if Lipsy has the same issue too, but they were unable to provide a tracking number. Otherwise, I'd order from them again, just not in bulk so I could avoid any hefty customs fees.

What do you think about the idea to sell space in your luggage?

I can see your idea, however it has some flaws. I know it already exists - people carry stuff for each other even though it is often illegal to do so - but organising it in a network, is taking it too far.I will be a great opportunity for new ways to traffic drugs, money, diamonds and so on. I have a huge detest of drugs, and what it does to so many aspects of our society - and one of the scenarios I would be most devastated to find myself in is if someone planted drugs in MY luggage, and then tipped me off to customs while I was traveling. Imagine going to a country with capital punishment, and have your head cut off for smuggling something you absolutely despise! Not only is it illegal to carry items for other people, it is also very risky.Another point is that it won't take very long until airlines will take counter-measures to this initiative. Luggage weight is often measured by statistical data, to predict the weight an aircraft can carry. If airline luggage trafficking really took off ("ha ha"), it would incur an increased fuel expense only to be covered by ticket prices (or surcharges). The longer the trip, the more expensive each extra pound/kg is. Fuel prices tend to go in one direction generally - up! In the end, the "saving" is not about space, but about weight (at least for air travel)Initially it seems like a great idea to "utilise unused luggage space", however, it has a cost both to security as well as expenses for the carrier.

How do I order something that doesn't get shipped to my country from Amazon?

You can get any Amazon item shipped to you, wherever you are, assuming it isn’t prohibited by your government. In practice, though, it can be a bit tricky, so here’s the simplest method I’ve found of doing it:Option 1: Using Amazon’s International PageGo to Amazon’s international homepage, and start every search from there from now on (I recommend bookmarking the page). Then, set up your 1-click address to your current address so that Amazon will only show you items that ship there.Option 2: Using A Package ForwarderSign up with a package forwarder, who will receive your items at their warehouse in the USA and forward them on to you in your country (see this article for more info). Then, just update your Amazon shipping address to the package forwarder’s address and have everything sent to them. Getting something like a Kindle forwarded normally costs $20 USD or less (including taxes and duties), so it’s quite affordable.

How long does it take for Swagbucks to deliver gift cards?

I ordered my gift cards (2 $5 amazon gift cards) on 3/27/12 and I verified them on the same day. I know it says that it takes up to 14 days to deliver, but I'm really impatient. How long did it take for your gift cards to deliver? Thanks!

USPS stuck on "Package has left carrier facility"?

USPS doesn't have the best tracking software. All I ever see these days is 'departed' and then 'delivered' ~ no tracking updates in between. I am not 'bashing' the workers of USPS. They do a great job. Yet USPS is surprisingly not being funded by Congress. That's why they do not have good tracking software. We can apparently afford decade-long 'wars' in foreign countries, but we can't even fund our own domestic mail service. (Read between the lines of that one.)

At any rate, no, it shouldn't be taking so long, at least in my opinion. Amazon won't do anything about it until the estimated delivery window has passed, so there's really no option at this point. You just have to be patient (not always the easiest thing to do, but actually it is the best way to handle online orders).

What postal company uses the tracking number UPAAB?

There is no "postal" company that I am aware of that uses anything like you posted for tracking. It would have been very helpful if you would have posted the tracking number that you think you have.

I am also not aware that the USPS hands off any sort of mail to any other company for delivery. Can you send some more detailed information?

How do I handle an Amazon order that doesn't arrive?

Agree with Tad Campbell. Check the tracking and see what happened. For example, I once had a package that was delivered to "Main office", in my apartment complex. The main office in our complex do not accept parcels. Amazon sent another, immediately and asked that I return it if it ever turned out.Another package (over $500) said it had been delivered to somewhere in Malibu. They sent another, no questions asked.(I suspect if it happened to you more than once or twice, they'd start wanting a signature on delivery).

USPS Tracking Status: Processed through Sort Facility for 9 days?

Hi all,

I have ordered my stuff online which has been shipped from U.S to Australia as Priority Mail International Parcels.

The following is the tracking detail, the thing is in the tracking history there is no where says "The item has left United State", so I think this item is still somehow in US and has been stuck in Sort Facility for 9 days!
Anybody has any idea with that?
The tricky thing is after the store sent the item they request me to add $10 extra fund for the postal. I ask them to scan the postal receipt and send to me but they don't. I contacted USPS for the fee they have received and charged but USPS says they can't.

OK, here is the detail for the tracking history:
