HP printer skipping lines?

My HP officejet pro 8500, will print however it prints every other line.
It's skipping, I recently changed the the blue and pink ink cartridges, and instead of it going through the process of cleaning the print heads like it usually does after you replace the ink.
It just said press ok, however when I went to print something it says cleaning printer heads, I was impatient and turned it off. Then turned it back on and now the problem of it printing every other line or only printing one thing.
Help?

How do I stop Word from double spacing every time I hit enter? How do I make single-spacing after enter the default?

Check your paragraph settings.  Highlight the document (CTRL + A to select everything) and go to HOME and open the Paragraph dialog box (see image).  Check the Line Spacing settings / reduce to "single" from the menu.  If desired, click 'Set As Default' to change the permanent options for all new documents you create in the future.  Hope this helps/

Epson XP-410 printer skipping lines when printing in black ink?

So I have an Epson XP-410 printer and it is being so stupid. I ran out of black ink so I bought brand new ink and put it in the printer. Then I went to print something and it started skipping lines. I've taken the ink out, put it back in, I've done nozzle checks, head cleanings, head alignments, and it will NOT print normal. It is only doing it with the black ink because I printed in yellow and it was fine. And I know I didn't mess up placing the ink into the printer because I've done it many times. Also when I did take it out and put it back in it made the ink clearer but it's still completely skipping lines. What is wrong with it??!?
