What do the green and orange wifi arrows on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 mean?

I just recently bought a wifi only tablet and have been having problems with my wifi connection. The bars show that I have a strong connection, (4/4 bars) but the internet and play store say otherwise. I have to wait forever for the internet pages to load, my play store keeps timing out, and when it finallly decides to work, it takes forever to download the apps and pics I want to download. I wish I could say it's the internet, but our internet is running at 30 mbps. The arrows are green and orange (orange facing down and green facing up). Could this be the problem? If so, how do I fix it? And if it isn't the problem, can someone please help me figure out what it is?

IPhone VS Samsung?

So I currently have the IPhone 7 Plus through cricket and I’m thinking of going to ATT to get a newer phone. I been looking at the IPhone 8 Plus, Samsung galaxy Note 8, Galaxy 8+. I do like my iPhone but wouldn’t mind trying something different. When I went to the att store the sales associate told me that IPhone is user friendly. I don’t understand that too much. But I just need some opinions witch to you is a better phone? Thank you!

I can't get cell phone signal in my school. How can I fix that?

As soon as I enter my school my signal drops to either one tiny little bar, or none. I am a senior and I literally have only gym and study halls. I am on my phone all day and It's kinda annoying that I can't really use it a lot of the time due to no signal. How can I boost my signal? (I have verizon btw)
