My Samsung Lcd Voice Is Not Working

Anyone got a samsung LCD LE40R7 tv?

Unplug the set for about ten minutes and go through the setup process again. This will reset the microprocessor which is likely locked up. This problem is NOT just with LCD or plasma, it happens to all types of TV sets at some time or other. Please disregard the comment about these sets being troublesome. So far, if I were relying upon these sets to feed my family, we would be on welfare! I have had just minimal problems with them. Samsung is a decent TV, I own one myself.

How to repair my samsung lcd tv sound working but no picture?

If you have no volume bar or menu showing on the screen, then it cannot be anything you have wired wrong.
to see the picture on an lcd tv, you need to have back lights. the light shines through the lcd panel and you can see the picture. I suspect that you have video on the screen, but you cannot see it because the back lights are not lit. To prove this simply turn the tv on in a very dark room and tune in a channel so you can hear the audio. then with a powerful flashlight, point it into the screen and look around the edge of the flashlight for evidence of video. Be careful not scratch the panel with the flashlight as you place it on it..
Back to your problem, the back lights are tiny florescent bulbs and a ballast to run them, similar to the ones in a shop light. If the lights go bad or the ballast fails them you will get your symptom. Many times if the lights fail then not all of them will fail all at once, so the others will start up and then after a second they will cause the ballast to quit trying. In this case when you first start up the tv, you will see a slight glow on the screen (if the room is really dark). Many times you can see which light isn't working, there will be a darker horizontal stripe. This usually means the panel must be replaced, and unless it's cover with a warranty, you will probably not fix it due to the costs.
If it never glows slightly, then replacing the ballast may fix it. On some set this board is not available separately, but many have now been released. And on newer sets the ballast is part of the power board, and they have issues with a diode shorting so the part is cheap. With out a model number, I'm spit balling.
The last thing that can happen, is there is a slight back glow and no picture is being displayed. This is almost alway the fault of the lcd control board. Like the ballasts, many of these boards are now available without buying the whole panel.
At any rate, you know what to expect, there is nothing you can do, because a technician will need to fix it.

Why won't my Samsung TV turn on?

Without knowing the exact model, the following is just a general help guide. Make sure the set is plugged in and if the socket has a switch, that it is in the "On" position.Try the remote. If there is no activity, then the remote might be dead. You can test this by looking at the  emitter through a digital camera (that is, switch the digital camera on  and whilst pointing it at the emitter end of the remote, press a couple  of the remotes buttons. If the remote is working you will see a white  flash or flickering from the remote on the camera's digital screen:1. Look very carefully on the sides of the set. You will probably find  either a very small rocker switch (on some makes and models it is very well hidden) or a series of small buttons which  will be marked as Volume and Channel up/down, plus an "odd" button This  is a power button. Try pressing it once, then giving the TV time to "wake up", around 15 to 20 seconds should do it. If no signs of life, and the remote still doesn't trigger anything go to step 2.2. Check that the socket has power. Use a desk lamp or similar, there's no need to take the socket apart or poke nails into the live and neutral. If there is power then:3. Check the fuse in the TV's plug. Swap it with the one from the working lamp or with a brand new one.You now know that power is reaching the set. Anything beyond this point is the realm of experts, and if it's like most electronics these days, then it may well be cheaper to replace than repair it.

My samsung LCD TV LA32B350 has problem with sound.?

I had a similar problem it was my remote. Remove the batteries. If that doesn't work try the volume buttons on the TV. Good Luck

My samsung tv has picture but no sound, what do i do to repair it?

If you have a cable/satellite box unplug it from the AC for 15 seconds to force a hard reboot. If that doesn't get you out of it around $350 to replace the digital main board.

Samsung lcd tv keeps turning the volume down by itself?

Hi I have a problem with my samsung LE32C450E1W. I turned it on this morning and the sound kept going down all the time. Couldnt do anything then it went up again by itself! Whats happening? I disconnected the switchboard because that was probably the place where the issue comes from (remote is fine) but cant control my tv now as the red light (standby) has gone as well! Do you have any tips for that? Thank you in advance.

How do I take a screenshot when the volume button is not working and I dont have a home button?

You can take the screenshot still. I'll tell you the most easiest way-Go to settings> notification centre and in the quick settings icon tray, add the screenshot option. That's it. Now whenever you need to take one,you need to drag down and select the screenshot option.
