Samsung TV: Why does my Samsung TV keep turning off and on?
There are several possible reasons why a Samsung TV will repeatedly turn off then on after it warms up. The causes and fixes are listed in order from easy to difficult.First try unplugging the TV from the wall for at least 60 seconds. If that doesn’t work, try resetting the TV using the appropriate menu option.Old firmware. Check to see if the firmware is the latest version. If not, download the latest firmware. Apparently, WiFi can be defective on some of their TVs, and a firmware change may fix the problem.Cables may need to be reseated. Sometimes, dirt gets in the connections, causing some resistance. Disconnecting and reconnecting the cables can fix this problem.Underrated capacitors. Several years ago, Samsung settled a lawsuit where the power supply in the TV had underrated capacitors. You can tell if your TV is affected by this problem by looking at the capacitors. (Also, sometimes the power supply will “click” when the TV is turned on.) The top of the capacitor will be bulging (not flat) if the capacitor has gone bad. You can fix this problem by replacing the capacitors with higher voltage capacitors. You will need to have good soldering skills to do this on your own. Or, you could find a replacement power supply board somewhere.Defective motherboard. The only solution is to replace the motherboard. This was the problem on my TV, bought in 2013. I called Samsung and was persistent. Even though the TV was out of warranty, they agreed to cover the cost of the replacement part if I paid for the labor. (I could have swapped the board myself, but they insisted on having an authorized repair place do the swap.)

Electrical Engineering: Which is more efficient to use 220v or 110v?
Generally speaking, 220 volts is going to be more efficient.Because of the relatively low voltage (<1000V) and frequency (50/60 Hz), we can neglect acoustic, coronal, and radio frequency losses. The main losses come from resistance. A higher voltage means that a lower current is required to transmit the same amount of power. Over long wires, this means lower losses. This is actually the main reason why power lines are run a much much higher voltage, and then stepped down when they get to your home. This also means that less copper is needed in the wires in your home.the difference in voltage changes the way many appliances are designed as well. Devices with motors often use field windings. Higher voltage means less current and thinner wires. Thinner wires and less current means that more wire turns are required to generate the same magnetic field. This all often allows for slightly lower resistive losses. The trade off is that because the wires need insulation, more windings means that the motor is slightly larger. This is not generally an issue for home appliances.Efficiency is not much of a concern to home appliance manufactures. In the US 120 volts is used because it’s safer. Lower voltage means lower risk of arcing and electrocution. The downside is that high power appliances like a clothes dryer would require too much current at 120 volts, so 240 volts is still required.

This Slow Motion Video Player app can do all this on your android device.Just open any video, and use this app, it can save the video in slow/fast motion and you can easily share the videos with your friends.Choose the speed for playing the video, you can try playing the video at different speed, then select the speed which you think is the best, and then save the video. You can zoom in and drag to see some part in the video more closely. And the best part, It supports all video formats for playback and save.Download the app from play store:Video Slow Motion Player - Android Apps on Google Play
How do I fix my Samsung TV which turns itself on after 15 seconds after I turn it off?
Could be a power supply problem (even if it isn’t, repalcing the PSU capacitors is always a good idea if the set is moe than a few years old), but usually such faults prevent it turning on rathr than cause it to do so.Sometimes the simplest explanations are the true ones: I had this fault with a set, Hanns I think was the make. The PSU was repaired, but the set would still turn on and off of its own accord at random intervals. It turned out to be the switch! The power button was just a momentary contact type and it had become leaky. Replacing it solved the problem and the set was rehomed.
What does a hidden camera look like that could be installed inside a flat screen TV?
oh.. are you watching something "not to be seen" on your FLAT TV and now worried what if it has a camera?... :P or you had having fun with you GF and now worried what if somebody look at you? ..... just kidding..In fact no body can judge if there is any hidden camera around. It can be as small as you see on your cell phone .. the front camera.. can you see that? it's just a millimeter small circle containing 10+ mp camera with everything recordable. it can be on the same spot on TV where normally a small power LED or Remote sensor is located.. it can be either a touch button on front what feels and works like a button but a camera in fact, it can also be a decorative dots like spot with a camera function.. You might be thinking.. where get's it light from to capture the people sitting in front of it.. so.. now a days with advanced technologies .. not lights are required.. even in the dark room these cameras work great using IR (infra red).... that brightens up the room... If the LCD/FLAT TV makers say themselves... like this TV is a camera equipped then don't worry.. such cameras are not this much hidden.. in this case camera are made very prominent like Michael T. Lauer wrote..
