Why won't Google Calendar show all of the results of the searches in my calendar?

At long last, it appears that Google has fixed this problem, and now when you search you will get matches since the beginning of time. So — if you are having a problem like this, my answer is no longer a solution! What you need to do is click the starting date in the "mini-calendar" in the upper-left.Example:1. Let us say that it is December 11, 2014. You go to your calendar, and the mini-calendar (upper left) is showing the small grid for December 2014.2. Enter your search criteria. [Note: you can also try the more detailed "search options," but in my experience, the start/end dates will be ignored. Still, you can constrain your search to a specific calendar.]3. Click the magnifying glass to start the search4. You will see incomplete results.5. Change the month displayed in the mini-calendar (upper left) to January 2014. Now click the "1" for January 1. You should now see matches from that date.

How can I display a custom message for no results found in an Advanced widget search, IDX Broker?

Since that widget leads to a search results page. That means the plugin isn’t really involved with the search results. The plugin just prepares the search query. To add a message when there is a condition (like zero results) you could add some JavaScript to the results page subheader in the IDX Broker dashboard.Something like:var resultsCount = document.getElementsByClassName("IDX-resultsCount")[0].innerText ;Should give you the count of results on the search results page. If zero then write your message some place in the DOM.This would apply to all search results not just searches sent by the widget.

In Instagram, if someone's search history is clear and they don't follow you, but your name is the first one that comes up when you type the first letter of your name in the search box, does that mean they've been looking at your account?

Are you sure the search history is clear? If it is, then your name shouldn't show up when you type the first letter, unless ofcourse you are a celebrity. As Mr. Da Silva said,Instagram search suggestions depend on some factors including -People you have searched forProfiles you have already visitedPeople you followPeople/profiles that match your search keywords.Since your name shows up when you type just a single letter and assuming you are not a celebrity, then most probably that person has been looking into your profile and that too, repeatedly. However, very unlikely but it may be coincidential if and only ifYour name starts with a very rare alphabet andPeople he/she follows follow you or vice versa.Edit - By looking into your profile, i assume you mean that the person has been checking your public profile or gallery on instagram while being signed in from their account . And my answer is according to that theory. If you mean that the person signed in from the same device into your account and then you found the search suggestion for your profile while IG is signed in to his/her account, then there is no such association. As to your question on how to delete it ,you may refer to My @Quora answer to My Instagram is showing past users I've searched before when I type the first 2 letters even af… https://www.quora.com/My-Instagram-is-showing-past-users-Ive-searched-before-when-I-type-the-first-2-letters-even-after-clearing-the-history-How-do-I-delete-or-restore-that/answer/Uzayr-Siddiqui?srid=jKUg&share=f81d8232

Why does Google show results unrelated to my search?

Without knowing what search you made and what results you’re seeing that you think are unrelated, it’s tough to say. But it’s a fun thought experiment so let’s see what we can come up with.SemanticsGoogle tries very hard to understand the meanings behind words, even when there are multiple meanings. Sometimes it might get it wrong. For example, if you searched “pickle” expecting to get images of pickled cucumbers (pickles), you might think it odd to find images of baseball (because “pickle” is a term for when a player is stuck between two bases). There are lots of examples of semantic issues like this that could theoretically show search results “unrelated” to your search.Unlikely RelationsIt might be possible for Google to surface results that seem unrelated but really are. For example, if you search “spotify”, Google might surface an article about hot stocks on a finance website. If you didn’t know that Spotify recently announced it was going public, you might think that article totally unrelated to your search.Black Hat SEOSuper unlikely and near-impossible to pull off, but it’s possible that some nefarious SEO has gotten their page to surface in a Google SERP for a competitive term totally unrelated to the actual content of the page.

Why do the search results in LinkedIn show up as a LinkedIn Member?

If the person is outside of your 3rd degree network (outside of your connection’ s connection’s connections), then you do not have access to their information on LinkedIn unless you use a tool like LinkedIn Sales Navigator where you can unlock profiles that are outside of your 3rd degree network.

Yahoo email search not working?

Yahoo email search stopped working for me today. When I search using "from:" or "to:" or when I search using arbitrary text strings that I know are contained in past emails, it tells me "No results found". Apparently this is a recurring problem with other Yahoo users that goes back for years. Please help.
