Btw, I went there on a visit visa of one month thru a visit visa thru an agent ,he arranged some interviews for me at some small companies. I got selected in one and now waiting for my visa.If you are on your own, My suggestions to you are…1.Get some experience in India, related to ur stream…good demand in civil..2. Get visa from online website jas tourism.Or if u know somebody there then prefer a 3 month visa thru him. They need some doc copies of him. its about 950aed avg price.3. Arrange a stay with ur known friend. Else try on dubizzle to find some rooms on sharing basis. Ajman is cheap.4. Learn some basic about transportation.Taxi is costly. 588 metre costa 1 dirham. 10 dirham is minimum charge. Taxi guys use long routes most probably to increase earnings.Their share is 30–35% of ur bill. Dubai Bus uses a prepaid card. Which is almost not usable in Sharjah and Ajman.5. Avg food cost is 5 aed to 15 aed of one time.6.Printing cost is 1 aed per page at most of the places.7. Gulfnews newspaper lists many job, try it. Some experienced people got jobs thru dubizzle too. You must explore your local contacts as they are your best chance. It is difficult for people to get job in their home country where they have all resources so it would be more difficult in foreign countries where resources are limited. Think about it.8. Jan Feb is good period for hunting jobs. Heat is too much for most of the year to travel.9. If u have a degree ,Get it attested in India before going.Edit:- Now I am settled in UAE.
