Why do messages on Facebook Messenger sometimes change from "seen" to "delivered"?
Paul Olaru is correct. I am not sure what version of Messenger you're using, but "Seen" means the person opened their chat or Messenger to the conversation. My version of Messenger doesn't have "Delivered" as a status message, but it says "sent" if the message has not yet been opened by the recipient (Apple's iMessages shows "delivered" if the message was sent but not opened, and "read" if it was opened). In Messenger specifically a "seen" message may have a little circle with a miniature of the recipient's profile picture next to the message to indicate that she's opened it; a "sent" but not opened message has a check-mark next to it.Edit: Combined three answers on merged questions. My sister is self harming, what should i do?
Right, firstly, make sure you do not call her anything inappropriate, which I'm sure you have not. I am a self-harmer myself and I know what it's like to be called horrible names by a sister after you have told them about self-harming. Just don't tell her do to anything she doesn't want to, if your very worried, I recommend you speak to Childline, you can find their website and have a instant message chat with a counselor, get some helpful advice from those; you could even recommend it to your sister, it's a very helpful website! I've used it myself and they are very good with talking to you about everything that's going on in your life. Just tell your sister she needs to be strong but what ever you do, don't tell her to just 'stop the self harm' because it's not as easy as that and it takes time. Telling a responsible adult is a good idea unless your sister is uncomfortable with it, I'd definitely recommend Childline for anyone with problems in their lives. Is it normal for certain words to trigger a panic attack?
For example, if its hot outside and someone says "I'm dying" and maybe they're saying it because they're so hot and uncomfortable, my brain doesn't process it this way at first and i have an attack. I was texting my sister and it took her a minute to text back but when she did she texted "dead." That triggered an attack. She only meant that her phone was dead, but that's not how my brain processed it at first. Is this normal? I'm currently on Prozac 10mg for depression/anxiety. Do I need more?
