My Sister Was A Green Card Holder When She Left For Australia At 2007 Now She Wants To Get Back To

After a US green card holder files the petition for his wife, how long does it take for her to get into the US?

Your wife will fall under the F2 Family Preference category. If you are from Mexico, China, Philippines, or India the waiting time come to about 3-5 years. This is when you hold a PR for US.If you are a citizen, the wait is only upto 2 years. However, if you are really looking for ways that a spouse can legally, easily, quickly get in, I’d recommend you to check the EB-5 Visa. This is a route not many have heard of, but plenty of people from numerous countries choose to immigrate this way.Under the EB-5 Visa, after making an investment of $500,000 in the US and creating 10 new permanent jobs for American natives, you get your Green Card and become a legal permanent resident! Not to mention, you get a Green Card for your immediate family, too- your spouse and unmarried children below the age of 21. All of this happens within 2-2.5 years. As you can see, this is a much faster and reliable process. If you’d like to know more about the same, feel free to contact me. I’d be happy to help. :)

Once my PR visa is granted, what's my deadline to move to Australia?

I assume you have a 189 visa. If that is the case then the visa is valid from the day it was granted which will be on the visa itself. It may also have ‘must enter before date’ which means if you applied for your visa while outside Australia and your visa allows multiple entries into Australia, this is the date your first entry must be made by;or you may be given a ‘must not arrive after date’ which for permanent residents (including resident return visa holders), this is the date the travel facility of your visa ends. That means if you depart Australia after this date you will require a resident return visa to re-enter Australia.Note: Departing Australia without a resident return visa can impact your permanent residency requirements for citizenship. You can find out more by going to the Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) website:https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/b...

Filing a restraining order against a illegal immigrant?

These people are harassing me. They are saying if I was in their country I would already be dead. They are blaming me for crazy things I've never even known about. The woman lost her job and she is blaming it on me. I have recently found nails in the tires of my car and milk spilled all over it. They are calling me and hanging up. What should I do? I called the police about the milk on my car and they said there is nothing they can do as it didn't cause damage. Can I file a restraining order against them? This is in California. Also both of these people are illegal in the USA. The woman even lost her job for that reason.

Do younger siblings have it better than older siblings?

I have the exact same problem. My sister is 22 months apart from me so technically its a 2 year difference. I sometimes have it better than she does, like im allowed to have a boyfriend and if I mess up with him then she will have to follow the rules that have been set because of the mistake I made. But she does have it better in the fact that we both got a cell phone at the same time..which sucks...and then when we get in to fights, she will always start fake crying and so my parents go to see if shes ok and immediately think that I am so horrible so then I get grounded and yelled at. So in a way me and my sister kinda have it equal. But in your situation it all comes down to your parents, they are being incredibly unfair. This may cause you to be the trouble child because you are looking for the attention from them that you arent getting. You should try talking to your parents about how you feel
