My Six Old Mnt Baby Started Whinning Alot Thru Oit The Day Even At Nite Hes Getting Up More The

How do i keep my 6 week old baby up during the day and sleep at nite?

Infants start to sleep longer around 3-6 months. At 6 weeks of age, it's completely normal for your baby to be waking frequently throughout the night, especially since they still require the nutrition of being fed every 3-4 hours. As frustrating as it can get, there really is no way to get a baby to sleep straight through the night if it isn't their natural sleep pattern yet. By restricting an infant's nap time during the day you will unfortunately only be setting yourself up for a MORE sleepless night, as overtired babies tend to be even more cranky and that can make it harder for them to fall asleep. What you can try to do is establish a 'winding down' nighttime routine before your baby's longest stretch of sleep, including a warm bath, a full belly, and maybe even some soothing music. Good luck, I know what it's like to have a night owl for a baby, and while it may feel like you're going crazy from a lack of sleep just hang onto the fact that they eventually grow out of it! And in the meantime, try your hardest to sleep when your baby sleeps, even if it's a 15 minute catnap. Your sanity will thank you for every second of shut-eye that you get!

Deserts are hot during the day because of lack of water and and deserts are cold during the night because sand cannot hold heat, so during night when the sun is not shining the sand loses all its heat and make desert cold. Sahara Private Day Tours

My 2 1/2 year old son has recently started waking up several times a night.?

try the folowing.
1. make a schedule of ur baby feedings, as alll babies do need a sound sleep after their stomach is full. make baby "dinner" time so, that after one hour or so, baby goes to sleep.

2. make the bed / room comfortable. if possible, arrange baby to sleep with you, ( babies do need love, while cuddling to mom's body and odor of mom the best soothing tonic for a baby to enjoy sound sleep.

3. check, if diapers are not causing the baby to wake up before tim, if yes, change. or avoid liquid foods before nite like of milk/ juices. try soild foods, but remeber that u have to suplement the liquids in day time, to avoid bad efects on groth,
best of luck and lover to your baby boy.

Help! my 6month old wont go to sleep at night and gets up every 2 hours throughout the night. what do i do?

I Breastfeed my baby too...GOOD FOR YOU. That is NOT the problem, don't let anyone tell you it is ever a problem.
My daughter is 11 mos old now. I find that she has re-current wakings when: Teething, growth spurt, ear infection, stressed, going to bed TOO LATE, or just for no good reason!
If your maternal instinct tells you something just isn't normal, then take her to the doctor to check for symptoms of teething or ear infection.
The good thing to remember is that babies go through phases. And this too shall pass. I know it doesn't help in the moment when you are tired and all you can do is cry with your baby. Continue with the bedtime ritual. Babies find comfort and security in routine. Make sure baby isn't OVER tired when you put her to bed. Sometimes parents make the baby stay awake all afternoon and evening thinking she will sleep better if she's worn out. But that has the OPPOSITE effect. Overtired babies have more frequent wakings through the night. For the sake of YOU getting sleep, consider co-sleeping with your baby for a time. (if not bed-sharing, at least in the same room) This will make tending to her at night easier. You sound like you could use some help. Mommies also could use a break. CALL a family member or friend to help you. Your mental exhaustion is adding to how unbearable the situation seems. Take care of your babies mommy, then the mommy can take better care of the baby.
Good luck to you.

My 4 month old keeps waking up at night, seems to be hungary and wants to be held. Is this a growth spurt?

It could be a growth spurt. It could be gas. It could be teething.

Nurse your baby on demand. When your baby sucks for more milk than what your body supplies your body starts producing more milk to meet the baby's demands. Your body will only know to produce more milk if the baby still sucks after you let down all milk. Giving expressed milk is a good option when you are away from baby. Otherwise, it is best to nurse baby.
Between 4 -6 months you can start baby on rice cereal during the day. Just a very small amount like 2 tbsp. mixed with a little bit of water or breast milk. You start out with 1 cereal feeding then gradually increase the amount and frequency of cereal feeding. Do not put rice cereal in bottle. Doctors discourage that. Your baby's doctor would have a better idea what kind of cereal feeding schedule to put your daughter on.

Also your baby could be teething or could have gas. If your baby is drooling a lot and biting on things chances are she is teething. Also sometimes when teething babies nurse and stop because it hurts their gums to suck. Check the baby's temperature and check the gums for any swelling or any bumps where a tooth might be coming out. If that's the case give the baby some Tylenol or Ibuprofen drops.

If your baby has gas she probably might be throwing her head back and kicking her legs bag and might have a tense stomach. You can get some drops for that over the counter.
