Don’t really want the father in the child’s life I’m 17?
I’m 17 and just found out I’m pregnant, I don’t know the father very well and can’t see myself in a relationship with him nor does he, he’s 19 and doesn’t have a job, he’s on probation and is still using drugs, he gets kicked out everywhere he lives and is currently living at a local drug house, am I wrong to not want him to be involved in the child’s life?

Tell the hospital exactly how much you earn, and what kind of bills you have to pay. They may reduce your bill by 20%, and let you pay equal payment broken down to as much as 6 months. I know this is still a lot of money though but this should help you some. It really depends on the deal you can make, they may give you a discount of more than 20% or less. Don't quote me. Also, you sound honest and that you really want to pay your bill..but let me just say that don't ever just ignore your hospital bill! You can get put into collection and your life will just be hell and your credit will be affected. YOu may get frequent calls from the hospital to pay your bil, but they can never refer you to collections as long as you're making payments.
