My Son Is Disable I Want Humanitarian Base Immigration Of Any Developed Country

How do I apply for immigration to Canada?

Don’t listen to some bad advice telling you to lie to immigration officers. It’s a dangerous game if you listen to those bad advice. Some people were just lucky and lied his/her way through. If you illegally cross border into Canada from the US, there is no guarantee that you’ll be accepted. Lying to Canada immigration officers is not a legal way. They’re good at detecting. Once you’re caught, you’re banned from entering Canada for life. Here are a few cases happened in Canada:A South American woman who didn’t have a PR status got married and had kid. Hopefully she could stay by doing that. Canadian government separated her kid and deported her. No matter how much she asked to be allowed to stay on humanitarian bases, she failed to be allowed to stay.Another case (I personally knew this person) was that this person legally entered into Canada to obtain PR and lied about a small tiny issue at immigration official. After fighting for a few years with legal matter, he was deported back to his homeland.Recently, there are many Nigerian illegally entered into Canada. All lied about their persecution in their country to claim asylum. Canada immigration has found out and rejected many of them, about 50% or more.I just named a few. There are many more cases are not successful to become PR but staying illegally. There lives are terrible. I suggest you don’t seek the “easy” way whatever you meant by that.So don’t hope that you can enter Canada through illegal mean. Canada has had enough bad people entering Canada.

Do they allow disabled immigrants in Auckland?

Hi there. New Zealand’s immigration policy is not to take in disabled immigrants unless their relatives can adequately support them. It also depends on the severity of the disability. Personally speaking, I have a twin brother with a high functioning form of Autism. We were able to migrate as dependents under our father’s skilled migrant visa because they assessed him to be high-functioning.There is some criteria for immigrating with a Down Syndrome children under the age of 24 years.[1] Still, there have cases of individuals with disabilities not being able to get residency and being asked to leave. The Green Party has also called on the government not to exclude the disabled.[2]Recently, there was the case of a Dunedin-based South African family facing deportation because of their son’s kidney condition.[3] There was also an attempt to deport an intellectually disabled Fijian man.[4] Last year, Immigration NZ tightened a loophole allowing parents to bring disabled children.[5]I understand that they don’t want disabled migrants to put a strain on the medical and welfare systems. Still, it may come across as heartless to separate families. This Immigration policy is the sans throughout the country, not just Auckland.Footnotes[1] Down Syndrome and Immigration[2] Immigration policy must not exclude disabled[3] 'Please have a heart, Immigration': Family accept fate, but bank on miracle[4] Move to deport disabled Fijian man put on hold[5] Immigrants 'bypassing health criteria' - MBIE

In Canada, is immigration policy too liberal?

It is a myth that Canada has a very liberal immigration policy.I grew up in Canada. I went to high school in Canada. I got a four-year degree in Canada. I’m a highly skilled employee. I looked at the Canadian immigration points system and concluded that if I were in the same position, except that I wasn’t a Canadian citizen, then I wouldn’t be able to qualify to immigrate to Canada. I wouldn’t have enough points!A “liberal” immigration policy would be one that says anyone can come as long as they will follow all the laws, will have a job instead of being a burden on society, and will fill out all the required paperwork. EU countries have a “liberal” immigration policy with respect to other EU countries. Canada’s immigration policy is nothing close to that.Canada’s immigration policy is very technocratic. The government constantly adjusts the criteria and weights based on data in order to try to identify the prospective immigrants that will have the highest chance of being successful in Canada. It monitors the impact of immigration on the Canadian economy and adjusts policy to make sure the economy continues to grow as much as possible without increasing unemployment for Canadians.Canada’s family-based immigration policies are decidedly less liberal than those of the US.In the US, there is no quota on how many parents of US citizens can immigrate. In Canada, there is a quota so the waiting time can be multiple years, and some parents will be denied immigration because the government thinks they’ll use too much health care.In the US, there is approximately a 6 year waiting time for citizens to sponsor their unmarried children over 21 for immigration, and a 11 year waiting time for citizens to sponsor their married children over 21 for immigration. In Canada, it’s not possible to do so.In the US, there is approximately a 13 year waiting time for citizens to sponsor their siblings for immigration. In Canada, it’s not possible to do so.Australia, which has a similar immigration rate to Canada and a similar philosophy toward immigration, is even more technocratic. The Australian government maintains a list of skilled occupations for which there is demand for qualified workers in Australia and gives priority to people with at least one of those skills. If demand for a certain skilled occupation goes down, the government may remove that occupation from the list.

What happens to a disabled child of H1 visa holders without a Green Card who ages out at 21 years old? This child cannot obtain or convert into another kind of visa on his own.

Other than marriage to a US citizen, likely the only way that the disabled child of a H-1B admittee can remain in the United States past his or her 21st birthday who is eligible neither as a student nor a guest worker would be under humanitarian parole, and honestly this situation does not comport well with the usual usages for humanitarian parole. There is no provision of the INA that would afford the adult child of a nonimmigrant guest worker any means to remain in the United States based on that relationship. He or she would have to qualify to be admitted on his or her own merits, and that may prove difficult for a disabled adult, depending (of course) on the specific disability. It is likely that the child will need to depart the United States on or before his or her 21st birthday in order to avoid being unlawfully present. While USCIS has, in the past, occasionally used prosecutorial discretion to allow disabled adults to remain in the country after being identified as illegally present, using a deferred action agreement similar to the relief afforded to certain undocumented immigrants under the DACA program, any such affordances are solely at the discretion of immigration authorities. I would not expect the present Administration to be particularly likely to exercise that discretion to the favor of a disabled individual unless that person is related by blood or marriage to a US citizen.

Why is rant with Alexandra Wallace such a big deal?

Hey guys, this opinion is coming from an asian guy.

I'm just like the people Alexandra Wallace was talking about in her video. I never realized this before she pointed it out, but I realized that our group of asian people in the school is too loud, and upright obnoxious.

I don't think Alexandra Wallace did anything wrong by pinpointing the mistakes of fellow students. It was more of an ADVICE than a hatred comment. She did have some disrespectful imitations of asian people, but that's about it. Imagine how much she must've been annoyed to post such a video...

I don't know why she talked about the Tsunami in Japan. But I do agree with her about calling in the Library. Library is not the place to talk, or call. It's a place to study and do independent work.

So why is it such a big deal? Why did this video become such a controversy? There are rants about fat people, disabled people, and all sorts of people, but they never got any heat! So why this one?

She was only criticizing the truth. And you know it. I know it. And she knew it too.
