How do I keep my room super cold in summer?
Get a curtain for your hostel room window or door (whichever faces west) to avoid direct sunlight during afternoon. If possible, get a room with north/south facing doors and windows.This is the setup in my room. My window is on west side. Observe that I have installed a net to avoid mosquitoes so that I can keep window open at night.Get a zero watt bulb for night. Turn off bright lights whenever possible. Because most of the work I do is in my laptop only, I would always keep lights off just to keep my room cool.Again, this is another setup in my room.These two setups will keep your room cool. I have developed a recurring sinusitis during the past 3 years. What is the best cure and prevention for it?
Before when it used to be infected, i used to take antibiotics until they were no longer effective. I switched to forever living aloe activator which i drip directly into my nostrils whenever i feel my sinus acting up or starting to be infected. Although it would seldom be seriously infected the last 2 years since i used the aloe activator, the pressure around my eyeballs gives me headaches. I am 54 yrs old, i don't smoke, i am physically fit thru jogging, working out and careful food intake. What should i do to to prevent my sinuses from being infected? is there a way to strengthen my body to be able to resist infection? Our house has a minimum of dust and i dont work or jog in a dusty environment. I would appreciate all the advice i can get.

Why does static electricity occur more in dry than humid weather?
You notice static whenever you get zapped at a noticeable level. These static charges build up normally by rubbing 2 materials together (an effect known as the Triboelectric effect due to the friction of rubbing), for example while walking on carpet while wearing shoes (rubber soles vs carpet material). When the charge builds to a high enough level and you touch an electrically conductive part like a metal door handle, the static charge is suddenly released all at once and you notice the effect.
