My Thigh Does Numb Post The Workout .

What is a good back workout?

Deadlifts, Bent Barbell Rows, 1 Arm Dumbbell Row, T-Bar Rows, Lat Pull downs, Pull Ups, Bent Lateral Raises etc. There are loads to work your back

Deadlifts are a must in my opinion if you want a good back, they are one of the best power building exercises that you can do. Deadlifts work the spinal erectors, quadriceps, buttocks, hips, forearms, trapezius, lats, and abdominals.
Also Chin Ups, the chin up works that same muscles as the lat pull down (the lats, rear deltoids, biceps, and forearms). Chin ups are an advanced exercise because you have to be able to lift your entire body weight.

I would recommend doing any of these they all work good if the correct technique is used

Can a tattoo cause nerve damage or numbness?

I've had my tattoo for a year and two months now (and it's not my first). It was very sensitive for the first couple months, but eventually went away. Then a year went by and now I'm experiencing numbness and tingling daily in my left thigh only, which just happens to be where my tattoo is. Could this be happening because of the tattoo?

Can LSD cause permanent numbness?

you have nothing to be afraid of. LSD can leave you feeling wierd for up to a week. it may take some time to return to normal. just keep yourself occupied. read books, cook something, exercise. take the time to make sure you are eating really well and treating your body good. i have taken acid many times in the past with weed and it hasn't impacted me negatively.
I'll admit it was a LOT of fun but i do not use LSD anymore. i prefer natural substances. im not really looking for fun and pretty colors im looking for wisdom. cacti, salvia, mushrooms, and ayahuasca are more conducive to the type of experiences i am seeking.

Why aren't my thighs sore after a few days of doing squats repeatedly?

Your legs take in a lot of tension throughout the day.You need to do more than what they are use to.Whatever you think you are doing…you need to do more.Your legs will adapt very quick. They are big muscles with a big purpose, so you need to be 2 steps ahead of them. You need to produce so much tension that they have no choice but to break down. They aren’t use to this new found tension, therefor something new happpens. Hold you squats longer. Lift heavier. Fast on the way up, slow on the way down. Slow on both. Fast on both. Do lunges. Do deadlifts. Do everything you can to make them grow. I tell everyone..whatever you think you are doing..do more. There is always more you can do. This isn’t about “shocking the muscles”…this is about introducing a new level of force the muscles have to produce. This depends on YOU. This depends on how bad you want it.You got this!

Why do my thighs become itchy when I go jogging?

Here is an article from UPMC Center for Sports Medicine.  I think it gives some good possible reasons for you to observe.  The link is at the bottom of the article below.“What Causes Runner’s Itch? The causes of itchy legs vary from something as simple as a skin reaction to your workout gear or an allergic response within the body. Regardless of the cause, finding relief for intensely itching legs will take a little trial and error. Aaron Mares, MD, a primary care sports medicine physician, explains some common causes and ways to prevent the itch.Skin SensitivitiesSometimes the itching can be as simple as an allergic reaction to detergent or clothing material. You may not feel it normally, but sweating can make the reaction worse and cause severe itching. The same holds true for dry skin. Try rubbing on lotion before a workout or changing up what you wear to see if that helps. Look for workout gear made with moisture-wicking fabrics to minimize the amount of sweat that clings to your skin during your run.Out of PracticeBeing out of habit or staying sedentary too long also causes runner’s itch. If you’ve had a long layover between workouts sometimes the capillaries and arteries expand, causing a sensation that your brain reads as itchiness. If you can work through the discomfort, the itching should get better as you build up stamina. Some people who suffer intense itching have used numbing spray.Exercise-Induced UrticariaYou can recognize urticaria by whether the itching is accompanied by hives. This is an allergic response that can be caused by sweating, being too hot or too cold, or exercising.Although uncomfortable, intense itching is not a reason to hang up your running shoes thinking you’re allergic to exercise. Make sure you’re dressed appropriately for the weather, and if your itching is extreme, try taking a non-drowsy antihistamine before exercise.Histamine ResponseSome research suggests that histamine is released during exercise to protect against fatigue, rather than as an allergic response. Histamine works to expand blood vessels in your body but, unfortunately, sends the itchy message to your brain. As with urticaria, taking an antihistamine before running may help, and it’s possible that as you continue your regimen the itching will lessen.”- See more at: How to Prevent Runner's Itch | UPMC HealthBeathttp://share.upmc.com/2015/03/pr...

How do you deal with a numb leg while meditating?

I have a different approach compared to most of the other replies. I meditate in the full lotus position. The benefits of the full lotus are so huge that in my humble opinion it makes sense to devote some effort on sustaining it during the whole meditation session. In my case, my legs start getting numb when I go past the 20 minutes mark. Interestingly, the leg on top always becomes number than the other one, which makes sense, because it receives more pressure from the other leg.In now six moths of daily morning meditation I have been able to increase my meditation time to 30 minutes in the full lotus due to two factors:I have been able to sit for longer and longer times without the feeling of numbness setting in, so there definitely seems to be a training effect. The numbness does not concern me as much as when I started out. I am able to focus on my meditation object without becoming distracted by the numbness in my legs. For me it is an exercise in concentration and focus, just like we are taught not to scratch every itching or tingling spot appearing in awareness when we sit down to meditate. Some moderate effort to endure the numbness and not react immediately goes a long way. Remember, meditation is a practice you ideally want to follow for the rest of your life, so it’s worth to invest some time to master the most beneficial posture possible.
