Body Transformation?

I am and always have been a very inactive person leading a very sedentary lifestyle, but now that's something I want to change. Standing 5'10 and weighing in at around 220 pounds, I want to make a full transformation into the person I know I can become. The only roadblock I have now is finding a fitness plan that I can stick to without a gym. Please help as my health is deteriorating and I should not be this unhealthy for someone who's only 19. (I'm a guy btw)

What is your before and after transformation (prove it with pictures)? What diet did you follow?

Here I am at a 2017 New Years Eve party. I saw this pic of me and was pretty embarrassed by how I had let myself go.That was an extra large shirt and I was filling it out! And I was wearing 36/34 jeans and was about to make the move to 38/34’s. Beleive it or not, I didn’t see myself as being fat though, just large. I tipped the scales at near 240 lbs.This was unacceptable. I felt and looked like crap. I needed to make a change. So I decided ot go on a low-carb diet with a weight goal of 210 lbs. I started the diet January 1st and ended it May 1st. hitting 182 lbs.I was thinner and felt that I was in pretty good shape. But I lacked any definition. Still though, I maintained a weight of 185 to 190 lbs. Interestingly though, my BMI was still 30, which isn’t considered healthy. I decided I would try to get down to the 180 pounds so I re-started a true low carb diet (under 20G of carbs a day) in addition to doing the P90X workout routine.Here I was on week 1 of P90XAnd then here I was at the end of P90XAt 48 years of age I’m pretty happy with the resuts.So how did I achieve it.1.) patience2.) diet: only meat, eggs, select vegetables and nuts3.) daily exerciseI started the ordeal in January of 2017 with a diet and ended P90X in January 2019, so it took me 2 years. I still think I could achieve more and have realized that life changes don’t come through temporary alterations. They come through determination and hard work.

What are your best transformation pics?

This is my best transformation pic. It took me 5 years to loose 32 kgs. Now my current weight is 57 kgs.Few months ago I was working on my abs and this is my progress uptill now.PLEASE UPVOTE IT IF YOU LIKE IT !

Hey buddy thank you for asking My Favourite as it reminds me to stay focused and work hard for my next level Transformation:-)As you want to know how my Transformation look like,here goes my 2 Transformation WITHIN A YEAR.In January 2018 when I decided to Loose some weight ,I was around 115kilos so all I had in my mind is to go down to early 90s or somewhere around 85kilos before my Birthday which is on May 1st.m which was hardly 120 daysMy physique was like ,On January 8th 2018 ,The First day of my workout I clicked few close up picsI had Promissed myself that,I will not take any SHORTCUTS by taking Supplements or not even Protein Shake or anything which is not Natural.I took a very serious and tough routine to follow and I sticked to it without any Deviations ,with lot of Consistency and with the Best Natural Diet WITHIN 120 days I lost 40 kilos and looked like,But I was not satisfied so became greedier and kept on loosing more and WEIGHED 68 Kilos which is exactly 47 kilos and looked very Lean ,You must be very curious about My Diet ,below is how my Plate look like,Along with the above food I eat Egg whites in required quantity to meet my daily Protein requirement and I can say that it’s my SECRET FOOD ;-)Without my knowledge I got better in Swimming,Cycling and Running what I was doing for my weight loss. That is when I decided to Participate in the Sport event for the FITTEST PEOPLE that’s is TRIATHLON (Swim + Cycle + Run)I took part in International Triathlon event as well in my very second event ,From past 60 days that is from October,I have started working on my my second transformation and look like below presentlyIf you guys are interested to know how my Next transformation will be and what diet I follow now ,then you can even check my Instagram profileInsta id : Amogh35

I love to lift heavy and I lift 6 days a week.I trained under a personal trainer who played a major role in my transformation. He made a plan that was customized for my body as I had loose skin due to drastic weight loss. Since I have flat foot, he was considerate enough to exclude such Exercises that might impact my kinetic chain.My regimen is divided according to body parts that I train twice a week and it keeps on changing after 3–4 weeks as we need to keep changing the Exercises to challenge our body in different ways.Day 1 : Back, Biceps & AbsDay 2: Chest, Shoulders, Tricpes & ObliquesDay 3: Legs, Glutes, CalvesDay 4: Active Recovery through Cardio & YogaRest of the days follow the same pattern as above.
