Should I have my uncle arrested?
Long story short, my uncle has be making pirated movies for years now and he would probably have a huuuuge fine and years in jail. I don't want him to get arrested or go to jail, but it bothers me that he's been doing this for a while and I've known about it without putting and end to it. What do I do?

Oh yeah another thing before people judge me HE never was alone with her He grabbed he she said when she was coloring downstairs we were right outside on the porch she was with 5 other kids. That is how i found out he grabbed he and bought her into the bathroom and tried but she is in karate and she kicked him in the shin and pushed him out. Smart little girl and the other 3 times with at my grandpas we all go there on subnday he lives on a lake. he grabs her and brings he in the garage and did it she ran. but never told tell 2 weeks ago. So we were all around but it only took a matter of seconds.As of now he is no longer allowed by us and I am in the process of getting a resising order on him. I just want to know how to get him put in jail. I have tried everything.
My uncle is a cop and was talking about the Freddy Grey case. He said prisoners will injure themselves on purpose to say the police beat them. Do arrested people ever injure themselves on purpose to sue the police?
I have done ridealongs with my daughter when she was a cop on the street and I can tell you, there are two kinds of people when you arrest them. There are the cooperative types who know the score - they dociley let the police put the cuffs on them, sometimes even chat with the arresting officers, and know they got themselves in trouble and the police are just doing their jobs. They go along peacefully to the jail and let their court appearance before the judge or their lawyers sort it out. Then, there are the other ones; they fight, kick, spit, bite, claim they can’t breathe, claim the handcuffs are too tight, claim you are denying them their rights, they throw themselves about and claim any damage to their bodies was done by the cops, and they crash about the vehicle and fight all the way to the cell.Freddie Gray was the latter sort and was a pain each time he was arrested. It isn’t like he hadn’t been through the process and was naive to how it works; he could have simply accepted the arrest, sat still in the van, and he would have been fine. Gray was a lowlife drug dealer, a menace to his neighborhood and all of society, and yet some fools have painted his face on a building as a hero and named a community center after him in Baltimore. If Baltimore can’t find better role models than Freddie Gray, they are in serious trouble. Thank God all the police officers finally got their lives back and, good luck, Baltimore, finding new recruits if this is the way you treat police officers - including black police officers - who are trying to protect the community from criminals.
What do I do if my uncle that lives one house away from me touches me sexually (I am 14 years old)?
You look him in the eye and say NO STOP IT or I’ll tell.If he does it again, tell him he overstepped his boundary with you and this time you’re telling on him. If he apologizes right then and there, and says he won’t do it again, then accept his apology. But, make sure you tell him if he ever does that again you’ll tell a school councilor. My Uncle is hitting on me?
Okay my Uncle Vinny,recently got out of jail for sexualy harrasing this teenage girl.So he was put in for 3 years,because it was very serious...So anyway when he got out (2 weeks ago) we through him a party. and Since he had nowhere to live we let him with us for a while until he can get a job and his own house. (His wife..aka my Aunti Velma, divorced him and didnt want him to come back) My parents work late,and i come home and my uncle is of course going to be there. My younger brother gets off the bus with his friend everyday, and my older sister is in college and lives with her boyfriend...but anyway like i said when i get home its just me and my uncle. so for the past week my uncle has been hitting on me...like when i bend over he would touch my butt. and when i sit on the couch next to him he rubs my thigh and his hand gets closer and closer, to my..well ou know what. and when im doing my homework in my room he comes and sits on my bed. and he would kiss my neck. and if i tell him to stop he yells at me..and im scared of him since he been in jail and all that. and he touches me.like my privates...but i have like my clothes on when he does it but still. and when my parents get home he tells me "If you say anything to them, i will do bad things to them and you" so i dont cause he is serious...he has records of abusing his ex wife (my aunt) and his children (my cousins) please help!!! what should i do?!
Worried about brother ... missing, got death threats from my uncle, uncle out of jail?
Okay, now that I've taken time to collect myself and call my mother, let me calm down and tell you what's going on. We adopted my brother "Jess" about two or three months ago. Anyway, he came from an abusive background, and for awhile, it was rough around the house. When I learned that my uncle had been abusing my brother (my real brother) and "Jess," I pulled a few strings, and to make a long story short, he's arrested. He's been threatening my real brother ever since he was placed in prison - I don't know what kind of threats, but it was enough for my bro to admit he was freaked out. (He's 15.) Now, my brother is three hours late past his cerfew, and we have recieved news that our uncle's broken out of jail. My brother asked a question to my dad, and my dad punched him. Shortly after I asked a question here I called my mom, and she's on her way home. I'm scared that my broter was kidnapped but no search is going on. What should I do?
If you talk about a crime in Catholic confession, can the priest report it to the police?
While all the answers are correct, a Priest can not break their oath and discuss anything with anyone including to the Authorities anything that was confessed to him. Although over the years that has been some what controversial. My Grandmother’s brother was a Catholic Priest and for the most part he followed his oath to the letter, However, there was a situation where his humanity changed in that respect. There was a guy who had confessed to multiple murders of children and children still missing. The person who confessed to these crimes was a regular at the church and my Uncle was very torn up about this, he never said anything about the confession with the other Priests but he told me that he prayed out about and what he felt God wanted him to do was to make sure other children would be safe. My Uncle had a friend he went to school with on the Police force and privately told his friend of this confession, his friend kept where he got this information from and started a personal investigation on the man who confessed and as it turned out the man was arrested and convicted. That was the only time my Uncle said he went against is oath and the Church and all they way up to his death he never regretted what he did because he believed that there are circumstances when a Priest should not be bound to this oath. While most Priest would not do what my Uncle did there are some who will regardless of what consequences may befall them with the church.
My uncle just raped me. I feel like killing myself?
Oh, I'm sorry to hear that...First off, I want you to know that it's not your fault, it is his. So if anyone should feel dirty and if anyone should want to kill themselves, it should not be you. It takes a lot of courage to even say what he did to you on the internet, which is such a good thing. Some people don't tell anyone, and it eats them inside out and some even kill themselves because of how much pain it causes them. I also want you to know that you should not kill yourself. It's not your time, it won't be for a very long time. I am going to say you should call the cops, it's the safest thing to do, and the sooner you do it, the better. They will have to have proof of what he did, and they can get it if you tell them sooner than later. If I was you, I'd be scared to death, andwouldn't want to do it, but I would force myself. I mean, could you imagine him doing this to one of your cousins? To anybody else? I wouldn't want anyone else knowing what it's like to get raped. So the thing is, you need to pull all your strength together, and I know that you can do it even though I don't know you, and you should call 911. It's normal to feel all those emotions after something like this happened...and I wish that I could make all of that go away..but you need to do that..first by calling the cops, then telling your aunt and parents or what ever, and then by getting someone who can help you get through those emotions, and the best bet would be a psychologist..but this isn't the time to think about psycholgists. I hope you know that you won't be alone in this, that you have everybody who answered this question with you. You deserve to live, but you didn't deserve what happened to you.
