How will the USPS redeliver my package?
Hello.Ok,here's what you do:If the card/slip has a tracking number on it,go to usps.com.on the top of the page you'll see different things like contact us,customer service etc.Look for delivery or re-delivery click it you'll have to fill in your name,address,check different boxes(about your pkg.)and when you'd like it to be re-delivered to your house.Or a simpler way is:there's a number on the card,call it it's possible you'll hear a recording asking all kinds os questions.you can interrupt the recording by saying customer service,and it will switch you to a real person.Then just ask for a re-delivery and bam-there you go.Hope this helps.
USPS didn't redeliver my package?
If you scheduled a redelivery using the USPS website, there's a good chance the clerks that are supposed to print those out and give them to the carriers didn't do so in time to meet the carrier's leaving time the next day. There's also a good chance that the system never sent it to the appropriate station in time. I advise never using the website to schedule redeliveries. Instead, call the branch that delivers your mail. Don't call the 1-800-ASK-USPS number, either. Stay local, and get a name of the person you talk to anytime you talk to someone.
How come my USPS package was never delivered but available for pickup?
There could be different scenarios for this. If your house is more than a half mile (one way) from your box, a notice should have been left as delivery would not have been attempted. Delivery notices are small and can slip out of your mail while pulling it out of your box and you didn’t notice. If delivery was attempted at the door, the notice may have been left there at the door, but not securely enough to keep it from blowing away.If you have a tracking number, use Welcome | USPS for tracking. Was it scanned as attempted? If so, when? Items with a tracking number should be scanned along the way to show where it has been and the purpose. For example, one scan should say it arrived at the originating Post Office. When it reaches the final Post Office, the scan should read it arrived. Another scan would be out for delivery. If it stopped at any office to transfer from a sorting facility to its destination, a scan should indicate that.
My USPS package says "Delivered" but its not?
Don't know where you are located, so the time means nothing to me. Typically, if that scan was after 6 or 7 pm, the package was scanned after the carrier returned to the office. It may have been missed while the carrier was on the street or the package was missorted to the wrong route. Normally the package will get redeliver tomorrow. You might call your PO if you are really worried.
Usps scanned delivered a package i didn't receive?
I ordered a package from ebay that was scanned delivered today the mailman left me a slip saying my package was in my apt office so i walked up there they said no package was dropped off today so i put in my tracking info they said it was delivered at 9:53 am my office didnt open till 10:15 so obvious no one was there im not sure what happend to my package? Even though i got no notice of redelivery because it was scan delivered i went online to apply for redelivery myself anyhow since no one left me a notice of it and i got a confirmation code back for monday? So im wondering did my package just get thrown back in the mail truck? Why didnt he wait to see if the apartment office was open before scanning delivered and if it was closed go back and physically leave a notice of redelivery in my.mailbox? And Even though it was scanned delivered since i got a confirmation number for redelivery online did my item make it back to the post office ok? Ps my post office is closd on sat to public

Read the notice more closely. If a signature is required, you must be there to sign for it. If no signature is required, the package can be left, if, in the carrier's opinion, it can be left in a safe and secure location. If it's too large to fit in your mailbox and the only option is to leave it in the open where anybody could come by and grab it in a few seconds, you're getting a notice from me.
Why did USPS not try to redeliver my package after a failed first attempt?
They only attempt delivery the first time.After that, if you want another delivery attempt, you must request it. You can do that online here: USPS.com - Redelivery ServiceOr, go to your local Post Office the next day to pick it up. If you go to pick it up, bring your ID.
Scheduled a redelivery for a package yesterday with USPS. It never showed up in my mailbox or front door. The tracking information says “redelivery scheduled", but I don’t think they will ever attempt to deliver it. Could I go pick it up?
How and when did you submit your request for re-delivery? This may not be the situation in your case, but sometimes they are received after the carrier can effect delivery on the requested day. You CAN pick up your parcel, but since you have requested redelivery, contact your post office to make sure it is not out for delivery while you are attempting to pick it up. This happens quite often.
How long does USPS take to redeliver a package following the scheduled date?
This website’s stupid and won’t let me so I guess I’ll just elaborate here.I scheduled for the package to be redelivered 2 days after I “missed it,” even though I was home the whole day and nobody ever knocked on my door. It’s been five days since the scheduled date. That normal? Or do I reschedule again?
