Nothing will be absorbed by your body if you eat more in this state.You can try eating more and I m sure your body will throw out the nutrients / protein the next day.The same happened to me in 2016 and I was only 52 kg that time with 5′6 as my height. I tried eating extra food but noticed no increase in my weight. I searched internet and came to know that body absorbs only that much what much it requires. Body actaully throws it out if you eat extra.Anyway then was motivated to do little bit of GYM by my close friend.I started light GYM and slowly within months things changed and I started gaining weight. I didn't push very hard at the gymnasium in early days but gradually did proper exercise.Some months later with proper diet and continues GYM helped me reach 65 kgI recommend you to start GYM and transform yourself.Take it seriously and don't expect early outcomes and be patient .. u will love it.
